Tried to cancel an order minutes after…

Tried to cancel an order minutes after I submitted the order since I realized a mistake in sizing. and I only received a response once the shipping label was created, saying its too late to cancel since it is sent. and now I am asking to process a refund with no response.

I highly recommend that you refuse delivery so the item gets returned to us by your post office. Once we get the item/s back, that's the time we can process your refund. I am hoping for your kind understanding.

Kindly check if you have sufficient funds. If you do:

A) contact your bank and ask them to activate *international* transactions and re-try. It only takes a minute and you're done for a lifetime

B ) try checking out as a guest via PayPal - you can use your credit card and do not need to sign up

C) try another card or a PayPal account

Glitching ordering system

Ordered a dress and my wife loved it so I tried to order more. It glitches out and charge me for 2 large dresses and never put the order through, and once I purchased them I got a promo code and baught a 3rd dress and it glitched our and switched the size and colour. Emailed right away multiple times and they already shipped the dress. Still havnt revieved any thing from there support email. Very frustrated there’s no number to phone if they’re not going to answer they’re email. I see they’re replying on here faster then the emails so hopefully someone will get back to me!

You guys are criminals

You guys are criminals! I haven’t received my dress, USPS says they haven’t received anything from you yet, and your customer service keeps insisting it’s tracking, even though the screen shots show it hasn’t.

Not very happy

I am having a very difficult time reaching someone via email. I placed an order and cancelled via email within 12 hours. There was no response to my cancellation, and then the product was shipped the day after I cancelled. I contacted support again, and they told me that it was too late to cancel and I only had 12 hours to do so, as per policy states. I then responded with time stamps of the order confirmation email, when I cancelled, and when the product was shipped. I have received neither the product or my money back, and I can’t get a hold of anybody. A customer service phone number would be greatly appreciated, instead of waiting days only for my emails to be ignored.
