I cannot contact these do not use a scam!

I’ve ordered from this site in 18/1/22. Only after I emailed did they update the status to processing order. Told to be patient. Then after another email to say cancel they told me that it was being shipped but only part order. Told to be patient. Gave a Royal Mail tracking number which wasn’t Royal Mail. I asked for a refund and they told me they would contact the shipping service courier and told they to express it to me. Again be patient. I have email around a dozen times and told to be patient. I started a process through PayPal and was told to deal with the seller to resolve dust. Seller says can’t refund but wait till arrives then send back for refund. So now I’ve put it into a claim for PayPal to resolve. They have also said that the item has been accepted at Hermes gateway which it hasn’t. Lies after lies. They take your money but don’t want to give you it back. This seller is a complete scammer do not purchase anything from them. I gave 1 star only because the review won’t be accepted without any.

I ordered from this company on November 28, 2021, I have yet to receive my $335 purchase of clothing but good news is I ordered through PayPal and when you pay through them if the company is a scam they will reimburse you your money. I’m in the process of disputing my claim with this company and hopefully I will get it resolved through PayPal. I did contact the company several times throughout the last three months and have gotten the runaround, first it was one of my items was not yet ready and they could not ship anything as of yet, now I got a bogus tracking number I guess they did that to keep me quiet. Nevertheless, hopefully PayPal will be reimbursing my money in the next couple of weeks. This company is a scam!

They took $127.58 from me and sent me nothing, when I enquired as to where my clothing items were they pretended like they were trying to locate the package. Very fake customer service. Thieves!

I purchased two tops for christmas They turned out to be disgusting quality nothing like shown in pictures I am pursuing this case they offered $40 out of $128 I am not going to let this go Waring to anyone out there Do Not buy from this crappy company

I ordered clothes from this website on 15-08-2021 I eventually only received 2 of the 3 items and they were cheap, knock-off attempts of what was advertised. The company advertised items to be made in US and ship from LA. My order was made and shipped from China. I attempted to contact the company via email several times and kept getting excuses i was looing for the customer service number and i found this number which is i reach out the customer service arranged a refund for me, which was much appreciated.

They are scammers. I ordered and cancelled immediately. The PayPal payment goes to an individual and not a business. A month later there is still no refund. The response has been to wait patiently. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.

Why didn't a take a minute to read all the reviews before placing my order. It took over a month to receive the dresses that I ordered. They looked like something my granddaughters could have made. Please don't waste your time or money!!!!

Total scam. Articles are nothing like advertised and you can’t return as they don’t provide an address.

Very poor quality. sizes are not accurate.
I can't find any contact infos to send anything back. Will NEVER buy again

The clothes are hideous , they do not look anything like the pictures, The quality is so inferior and garments poorly made. Total Scam

SCAMMERS! But I won my case against them! Full credit for the crap they sent and the crap they didn't send. Don't give up. If you've paid with PAYPAL, they will work with you. However, Dressfashion operates under many names. Do your research!!!!

I ordered from dress fashion and nothing looks like the pictures you see ! I was terribly disappointed in the material and the outcome. No one wants to help you and the get you on the shipping. Stay away from them !!$#

I posted a review before it should be zero stars I decided to send my two clothing items back just to make a point! The return cost was $39 but PayPal dispute center said I will get a full refund. I hate these Chinese companies getting away with this. The return address Where it was shipped from was California. They don’t tell you the junk is coming from China. Live and learn never again!

Ordered a top, too small can't really return it, too $$.They weren't helpful at all. Item looks nothing like the picture. I really don't want to support scammers from China!

Not even worth one star. Horrible quality and clothing is not like it is described. Tried to get a refund and they tried to negotiate the amount to refund to me. I even tried to settle through PayPal and ended up with nothing, since the cost of returning the items to CHINA would have negated the refund amount. Very hard lesson learned about shopping unknown sites.

And to top things off, this company updates content of customer reviews!!!!!!!!
Scammers!

No order confirmation email. 6 week lead time. Clothes are total trash. Heavy chemical smell and cheaply made. Stay away.
