I ordered gifts for my family WEEKS ago and still haven't received them. I ordered them for Christmas and expected for them to be here by now. I am honestly disappointed. I would recommend others NOT to buy from this site. They don't even provide a tracking number and I wish that I would've read the reviews first before spending my money.

If you have a problem with this site, then don't bother contacting their customer service. I have yet to receive an item, and they've yet to contact me. It's beeeeeen..... 3 months? Just don't bother.

I ordered a sweater and it was a size large i normally get a size medium from other stores so i ordered a large so it would be bigger. I cant find the return/exchange policy. So im upset that i cant return the sweater.

Oh my God after going through several sites trying to find me a dress for my wedding , up pop this site New York Dress.com went through several pages for plus size dresses and saw one dress that I liked, ordered it on a Sunday and by that Tuesday it was at my door.
