Joined as do need a new wardrobe. Asked questions as was confused. Support staff at Dressly were excellent and quick in responding.
However unfortunately due to personal circumstances can’t carry on for few months so tried to cancel the subscription. Couldn’t find setting on the app but sent them an email and they cancelled future payments. I will resubscribe when I can.
Good idea as reasonable clothes that I like.

Maternity options at 62? I don’t think so.
I’ve just finished my 28 day plan. The outfit options that were provided did not reflect my climate, my body shape nor my colours, despite entering these multiple times. In fact, most outfits did not highlight what I chose as my ‘best’ body parts and all outfits looked similar even though I asked for a variety.
The last few weeks of my plan may as well have not existed. I persevered thinking that the outfit options would become more intuitive but the last straw was a selection of maternity outfits in the last week. I am 62.

DON'T get involved with this company
DON'T get involved with this company. They are ruthless and do NOT care a whit about their customers. I accidentally signed up and cancelled, literally within 5 minutes. They still charged me $15.99. I wrote to them and requested a refund. They fought tooth and nail to not give me a refund. First, they tried to talk me into staying, even when I told them that I was disabled, had very little money, and was just looking around the site and did not mean to sign up. AND pointed out that I had been signed up for all of 5 minutes, if that. They absolutely REFUSED to give me a full refund. I was able to pry a 75% refund out of them, but given the circumstances, it should have been 100%. Granted, I should have been more careful when I was on the site, but when I contacted them immediately, they should have given me a full refund. With all the negative reviews I am reading now, I am very glad that I won't be dealing with them at all in the future. Again, they don't care about you at all. There are other companies that do a great job at this; go to one of them. Dressly.world is a scam, disrespectful, and they do not care about you. I am very disappointed in Amazon that they would get involved with such a company.
