I Never received my order, waited over month and half for parcel and was told it was delivered but I was at home. Got in touch and asked for couriers number to trace parcel and couldn't advise. Was in touch twice looking for refund and told its being processed (that ongoing reply over2 months). I had ordered alot and spent hard earned money for Xmas presents.
Delivery never arrived. Email confirmation said that it was delivered, but it didnt arrive. Contacted the customer support, they amswered quickly! But never did i got my clothes. I ordered Blakelys clothing, so i was already suspissious when the receipt came from dressvella

Think this is a scammer site never received my order but it tracked all the way saying delivery delivered but it definitely wasn’t and when I click on my order or anything it shows me not available go back to home page which is completely different apperal not th brand I bought and paid for
