I have been liaising with Darren Jaynes of Drewberry for the last couple of weeks as I wanted to change my private health insurance provider. Darren was extremely proactive in identifying the best company for me to move to and communicated with me regularly once we'd decided who this should be. He was extremely thorough and gave me a great deal of assistance in determining the right level of cover for me and in helping me complete the requisite forms. I would highly recommend him.

I had not implemented a new Pension Scheme before and Richard was so helpful with all aspects of this, once we had decided what provider we wanted to go with, Richard set up a presentation for our staff along with a comprehensive FAQ sheet. If I had any questions Richard was on hand to answer them and point me in the right direction. He would always send follow up emails to offer me any support if needed.
