I paid for a plan for 30 days that said that I could unlock my iPhone XR because it’s Icloud lock so when I try to unlock it and goes and reaches 100% in the downloading drivers screen but I spent my whole day trying to fix my phone and I couldn’t so Please help me with a refund

Update: i have already contacted the team and I didnt miss anything you just dont put things obvious to people so they can get scammed and pay the money being decieved that your software can solve things

Its a very weird and semi complicated process but after 2 whole days of fiddling i finally got it to work, also, it kept trying to make me pay an insane amounts of money for a few more features even when i already paid their ridiculous base fee, if they reasonably priced their subscription it would be a 5 stars
