Very poor communication and slow order fulfilment
Very poor communication. 5 days since ordering and still waiting for order fulfilment. Customer service non existent at the moment. Perhaps due to holiday season but there is no mention of downtime on their website and this is not acceptable. Won’t be ordering again from here. Plenty of other more reliable retailers around.

I'm very happy with the liquid but the delivery charge is a bit expensive I tried to order a double order over £35 which is supposed to be free it tried to charge me almost £10 for delivery so I just ordered my usual I think I will be looking for a cheaper option
