I had rhinoplasty surgery two months ago. From the first time doctor bulam and her assistant Mehtap were so helpful. They answered all of my questions patiently. I was afraid of the post operation time but I recovered very fast. I was able to go to work 10 days after the surgery. The most important part, the result is amazing! My nose looks so beautiful yet natural. Many people dont even understand i have nose job, they complete on my nose thinking i was born this way. I am so glad to meet him and his team🫶🏻

Ive been looking through a million doctors and I saw on Google that he had high rates. I researched his work on Instagram and was greatly impressed. I contacted him and things were smooth. His assistant (mehtap) did a wonderful job of helping out and replying quick. I flew out to Istanbul The doctor was very honest and kind and gave you lots of advice. After a long search I chose dr hakan to do my rhinoplasty. i flew all the way from the USA and it was the best decision ever! Dr Hakan was very helpful he explained everything very well and listened to what i wanted and did exactly that! my nose looks very natural and beautiful i love the results and the breathing is very good. I was looking for a doctor more than 2 years and in the end dr Bulam and results was the one which I most like.
I came in contact with dr assistant mehtab , she is lovely and answer all my question and we 24 h availabe for me.
I traveled alone for a mommy makeover.

I wanted to wait some time before writing this review. I’m 4 months post op, breast uplift and re-augmentation and I am honestly happy beyond words. My breasts look way better than I could imagine, my uplift scar is so thin. Especially being a black woman, we scar differently, I wanted a surgeon that does neat scars, Dr Hakan Bulam exceeded my expectations. I get so many compliments on my boobs, in love with them! I had zero issues and recovery was a breeze. Dr Hakan Bulam was very detailed with what to expect, as well as listening to the look I am going for. Communication was great and easy, from booking my surgery date to aftercare.

The best surgeon in Istanbul! 7 months after the first breast implant surgery, I returned with great love to Dr. Bulam for the revision rhinoplasty! With my soul in my mouth I waited for the result, although I was confident that I was in good hands. Yes ! The most beautiful nose, the doctor repaired what another doctor in Romania damaged! would like to start this message by saying how happy I am to have chosen Dr, Hakan Bulam to fulfill an old and special dream that was to have my rhinoplasty.

I had been searching for a long time for a good surgeon to perform it. I am Brazilian and currently live in Portugal. A friend of mine operated with Dr Hakan and not only did she give me a lot of confidence about his brilliant work, I also took to Instagram to research more about it, and I loved how delicate and natural the results were. It was really what I was looking for naturally. From there, the process began, I sent a message, took all my doubts (which were not few) and they promptly and very politely answered all of them, making me feel safer and this process easier.

On the day of the surgery, we made the consultation, and we aligned the expectations and he was responsible and sincere, telling me what was possible and what was not.

My post-op was amazing, with only 7 days I didn't have so many bruises and edema. During this process they always send messages asking if everything is ok. This is important.

At the 7 day appointment for dressing removal I went to Dr Hakan's office and met again with his very kind assistants. I removed the bandages and I was thrilled to see my new nose, it was beautiful even a little swollen.

If, with only 16 days after the operation, I have already liked the result a lot, I know that from now on it will be perfect. I am very happy with the choice of Dr. Hakan

even though I am not fluent in English, I managed to understand very well everything the dr spoke because his English is very easy to understand.

I had the best experience on my two surgeries with Dr. Hakan Bulam. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about my experience and results!
I did a rhinoplasty and a liposuction in my abdomen section. This was my first surgery ever and I did a lot of research on Doctors I wanted to go to for my rhinoplasty. I decided to do a liposuction due to seeing his amazing work on instagram. It was the best decision I have ever made and changed my life. I have always wanted a super flat stomach and contoured and even with years of a lot of exercise and dieting I could never achieve it as I had genetic fat in my stomach area. I have never been this confident and happy with my body.
I came from Los Angeles, California and I knew I wanted to get my nose done in Istanbul due to the techniques and just how feminine and perfect the noses look. I found Dr. Bulam through Instagram and I’m VERY GRATEFUL to have chosen him as my surgeon.
I went to multiple doctors in Los Angeles for a consultation and I didn’t feel confident they would give me the nose shape I wanted. I am very picky and want a soft and feminine nose as my face shape is small. I am currently two weeks post OP and I have the nose of my dreams ALREADY! It is half the size and very cute.
I have never heard of anyone who had a recovery this quick and smooth. Thanks to Dr. Bulam and proper pre op care, I had very little bruising and swelling. I am finally in love with nose shape and its only been two weeks!

I messaged through WhatsApp and provided my info and what I was looking for in terms of my nose shape. His office manager was great in helping me with everything and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. She was always available to me morning and night for any questions I had. This is super important to feel like you can trust the office staff of your surgeon. I was easily able to communicate with her as she spoke perfect English and remembered details of me as a patient. I felt that I was actually valued and taken care of throughout the whole trip to Istanbul. Besides the surgery and medical care, they helped set up transportation and recommendations for things to see while you are Istanbul. I also did three lymphatic drainage massages with her for my liposuction post operation care and I highly recommend everyone to do them.

Dr. Hakan Bulam really listened to what I was looking for my rhinoplasty and liposuction. I felt super safe and like I was in the best possible care. His attention to detail and care for his patients is so rare to find. He spoke perfect English and I was nervous that having an operation in another country would not be the same care as in United States. I was shocked to learn that the care the medical staff has for patients was as if I was family and far beyond the attentiveness and care I’ve ever received. I did the overnight stay in the hospital and I am grateful for all the nurses and nurse aids as well. I was taken care of in a hospital like I mattered as a person and had 24/7 support. They were there to change out my iv, antibiotics, help me walk around, provide me food, switched my bedding as many times as I asked, and even make me laugh and danced just to cheer me up when I was post op. I will always remember this and hope everyone has the same experience I had.

For my checkups, I went to his beautiful office that is in the best area in Istanbul. I was able to get my stitches and splint removed and did a lymphatic massage after my liposuction. Even with the splint on it, it was half the size of my original nose. I was soooo happy to see my new nose and also seeing how small my waist and how contoured and flat my stomach got.
Now I wear a size 0-2 in clothes. I only took painkillers that were prescribed to me for 4 days after my surgery… I didn’t feel pain after.

If anyone is super worried about their first surgery like I was, I can say with all my heart that I made the right decision to pick Dr. Hakan Bulam. I have nothing but good things to say about his work, professionalism, and care for his patients. My overall experience was a 10/10 and I’m beyond happy with my results. If you are deciding whether or not to fly to Istanbul for surgery or choosing between Doctors I 100% can say with full confidence to choose him as your surgeon. After having looked on Instagram for months for different surgeons, I came across doctor Hakan’s page and instantly made a decision based on his work and reviews. I am now one week post op and can say I do not regret my decision at all. Having travelled from London, I was very nervous but the coordinator Mehtap was super friendly, reassuring and informative with any question asked. She made the whole process stress-free and everything ran smoothly. She is also genuinely a really lovely person which made me feel more at ease through the process. Everything was planned perfectly from transfers to the hospital, the operation itself and the accommodation. The hospital was very welcoming and attentive to both myself and my companion. Doctor Hakan is very professional and informative. On the day of the operation, he advised what the ideal size was according to my body and skin type which I found super reassuring as he put my health first before my aesthetic desires. The complications and healing process was also explained along with other advisory information. I am in love with the results of my breasts so far even though I am still healing. I am very thankful for doctor Hakan Bulam and his team. Very professional and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Hakan Bulam. He is certainly one of the best as a professional, as well as being a nice person. I travelled to Turkey from Ireland and I had my first consultation in the morning of the operation, so I was very nervous. From the moment I met Dr Hakan Bulam, I knew I was in safe hands. He explained everything to me, answered my questions and advised what would suit my body type, as this is very important to me. Before and after the operation his lovely assistant, Mehtap, was always keeping in touch with me and answered any of my questions. Travelled from London to Istanbul for Breast Augmentation! Doctor is very skilled and his assistant is very nice! I’d advice for patients to travel with someone just to help with recovery! 3weeks post op and breasts look amazing!

I did a rhinoplasty along with a Tummy tuck, I had my constellation the day before and it was very informative and went very well. I flew out to turkey for my surgery that was scheduled for the 5/01/2022 feeling my very nervous, apprehensive and scared. From the moment I met shani my patient coordinator I straight away felt more at ease. She explained everything, organised all my appointments and all the private transfers.
Dr hakan Bulam I met at the hospital a couple of hours before my planned surgery. He again was very friendly, helpful and professional. He reassured me and made me feel I was in very safe hands. He visited me 3 times within 2 days to make sure I was okay and recovery was going to plan. I also had a final review appointment at his clinic before I flew home.
I cannot fault anything. Dr hakan is amazing at what he does, and I am over the moon with my results. I will be returning in April for further surgery and have already requested for dr hakan. Thank you all very much.

Honestly I was not expecting the amazing result I got. I come from Norway to Istanbul for the surgery. Best doctor. perfect, nice and natural nose surgery result. I love my new nose. And most important I breathe with no problem. Im surprised and so glad specially now after the swelling is gone. And my husband said you did nice job. Came to Istanbul from the UK for a breast lift and tummy tuck with Dr H Bulam. It was the best decision. I was nervous travelling alone but everything was taken care of from transfers to the excellent nursing care at the hospital. Mehtap Dr Bulams assistant was amazing and explained everything well and could be reached at any time. In the hospital I was taken care of really well and had all my medicines and painkillers on time. I was very comfortable after the surgery and am healing well, thanks to doctors talented hands.
