I want to leave an extremely positive review because when a brand shows seriousness, transparency, and professionalism, it truly deserves all the support possible — especially when it handles an exceptional situation with such correctness and care.
I have to say that the brand Dr. Idriss really impressed me in the best way. I contacted them about a purchase I made two months ago because one of the refills wasn’t working. They immediately provided me with some suggestions to try to get the device working again, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible: I had already tried several methods myself, and the mechanism was likely damaged during manufacturing.
What really struck me is that they didn’t insist or complicate things in any way. After my email confirming that the product was unusable — and in which I simply asked if there was at least a way to use the cream, which I genuinely love — I unexpectedly received a full refund for the refill kit I had bought, with no questions asked.
On top of that, I truly love the cream: on a particularly stubborn dark spot that even tretinoin hadn’t significantly improved, I’m finally seeing real progress, as if the area is gradually fading with continued use of the product.
In short, this brand shows genuine care for its customers, something that’s increasingly rare. I will definitely purchase again, even though it’s a U.S. brand and I live in Italy. I also want to thank makeup artist @NIKKILAROSE for introducing me to this brand, and once again thank the company for their kindness and professionalism.
