Paid for a game, lost the game, and support went silent
I bought a key for Wardogs on 22 September. On 19 October, almost a month later, the key was revoked. The explanation was that it had apparently been stolen or bought with a stolen card. I did nothing wrong. I paid for the key and trusted that it was legitimate, and now I have no game and no money.
I have contacted Driffle support twice about this and have had no reply at all. Not even an automated message saying they are looking into it. Nothing.
Driffle took my payment and ran the checkout so when something goes wrong, it should be the one to put it right. Instead I am ignored while they keep my money.
I am now going through my bank and the consumer protection channels to get a refund, which is a hassle I should not have needed.
If you are thinking of buying here, bear in mind that a key working today does not guarantee it will work in a month, and if it stops, you may be left chasing a support team that never answers. I would think twice, or at least use a payment method with good buyer protection.
