I feel more clarity is needed that buyers are purchasing a subscription when ordering.
I had 3 subscriptions at once due to multiple ordering before realizing this due to my excitment for the product.

I like your car fragrances very much
I like your car fragrances very much. I did not like the fact that in order to place an order, I had to have a subscription that automatically mailed more car fragrances. I just wanted to place an order for refills when needed.

Overall, great.
Easy website, transparent pricing, good subscription options and excellent products. There was one scent, Cabana, which was garbage. I can hardly smell it up close. BUT, all the other scents were amazing and filled the car nicely.

Lovely smell
These really small nice if you pick the right one. Car smells lovely. Do not like the automatic subscription that I was unaware of and have subsequently cancelled. I will buy more but when I am ready!

While the first scent was enjoyable, personally, most of the scents don’t have a noticeable aroma. Meaning , I’m not aware of the scent. It may be me not noticing how my car smells different or not aware of the scent. I had a few compliments on the evergreen scent but none since. My car doesn’t smell bad, but I’m not noticing the fragrance.

Terrible underhand subscription
Terrible - do not use, ordered 2 air fresheners, its now added me to a subscription, the AI chat says cancel subscription in you account page, I didnt have an account set up. So set one up, still says I havent got a subscription even though theyve taken payment. The email address for their refund request on their website isnt correct. This is an absolute scam and impossible to get hold of anyone.

Don’t trust Drift! It’s a scam! I have continuously and formally disputed ongoing charges to my account. I have already cancelled my subscription, yet I continue to be billed and receive products from Drift.
I have previously attempted to resolve this through your customer support, but I have not received a response. Please process my cancellation immediately, stop all future shipments, and refund any unauthorized charges made after my cancellation date.
