I don't even want to give one star. Ordered an item for Christmas. No delivery updates. Item never arrived. No response to emails. I'm going to have to claim back from my bank and flag as a fraudulent company.
Shocking - item never turned up, won’t answer telephone, doesn’t respond to emails. I am having to do a charge back on my card but worst of all this was a gift for my first wedding anniversary. Absolutely shocking. They now have tik tok DO NOT ORDER
Driftroom are absolutely appalling avoid at all costs, I ordered an item four weeks before Mother’s Day and it never arrived. I have contacted their customer services on more than one occasion and they keep telling me they are waiting for a response from Evri on why the item hasn’t been delivered. They offered me a full refund last week but I am yet to receive it. I think Driftroom are a fictitious company who are defrauding people out of their money.
I bought something nearly 4 weeks ago which hasn’t been delivered. They provided a tracking number which isn’t recognised by the courier (possibly lost?) and have made no attempt to resend it or reimburse me. Avoid at all costs. I’m having to contact the credit card company to get my money back
