Dr ilker & Comfortzone the best
Dr ilker was amazing 👏🏻, very professional and very kind. He made me feel very calm and confident about my surgeries, Which is very important when travelling aboard for surgery. My results turned out even better than I had imagined with even better results to follow (when the swelling and bruising subsides). My surgery was booked to comfortzone which was amazing they literally looked after everything with 24hr care. Nelly my hotel nurse was so nice, happy & caring, she was always checking on me, she’d check blood pressure temp etc. Her English is great, she brought me around to see shops and food hall etc. The hotel & hospital is spotless I would highly highly recommend Dr ilker & Comfortzone to anyone for surgery.

Botched 360 Lipo & Tummy Tuck – Left in My Own Urine Overnight

I had 360 liposuction, hip contouring, and a mini tummy tuck at **Orion Klinik in Istanbul** on **December 7th** with **Dr. Ilker Manavbasi**. This was the worst medical experience of my life.

I went in asking for **gentle contouring of my hips and riding breeches**, plus a small tummy tuck. Instead, I was left with:

* **Visible dents, asymmetry, and “square thighs”**
* A **poorly placed and indented tummy tuck scar**
* Uneven results on my hips and flanks, creating an unnatural shape
* **Scarring** and waviness that show through clothing

But the **surgical outcome wasn’t even the worst part**.

I was kept overnight at the clinic, and during that stay, I **urinated in bed and was left soaked in it for hours with no assistance**. Despite calling for help, no nurse came. I lay in my own urine through the night. It was **humiliating, inhumane, and medically negligent**.

The post-op care was **rushed and indifferent**. When I raised concerns, I was told it would all “settle down,” but after 7 months, nothing has improved. I now have to seek **revision surgery** for both aesthetic and functional reasons.

Please **do not be fooled by the polished websites or sales agents**. This clinic failed me both medically and ethically. I’m sharing this to prevent others from making the same mistake.
