Love the product. Been watching UnitedGamer on Youtube and finally bite the bullet and been hooked since. Just now trying the Carmel Macchaito. Missing a Shaker, though already sent an email about that and hoping to hear back soon!

I was a bit skeptical at first, as all companies say that their products taste fantastic, but CTRL has great tasting shakes that are filling and nutritious. I believe it to be one of the best, if not the best taking protein/meal replacement shake I have ever had. I usually chug my protein shakes due to it being too sweet and me wanting to get it over and done with, but with CTRL I chug my shakes because I genuinely enjoy it. Like the milk after a fantastic bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch, or fruity pebbles, or even Apple Jacks. Once again great product!

Great product, fast delivery, super delicious

I never received my order. I reached out to the customer service about it as it was sent to the wrong address, and after one email I never received a response back.

The powder pouches were stuffed inside the shaker bottle. I’m assuming this was to prevent the pouches from bursting. Unfortunately all the pouches stuffed in the bottles burst. When I opened the shaker bottle I was greeted with powder everywhere.

At first I was sus because of the time it took to get my product BUT it was the holiday season and im sure they did the best they could with what they had. I got my product and you already know it's always on point with the quality and flavor. Customer service was top tier and very easy to communicate with. They were very understanding and patient with me. Thank you all so much at CTRL and happy new year!

The product is always amazing.

A great selection of products and with options to build a customised package. The products came in good time and in relatively good condition.

(See edit below) Only downside was that the website had some trouble displaying the correct prices for goods when outside of the US and applying coupons, which made the purchasing flow a bit complicated.

EDIT: I went back through to give the flow another look, and it looks like my issue was just that the website and cart are always in USD, whereas the checkout is in your local currency and will apply any discount code you've put in. I had applied a code but then went back to make an edit to my cart before finalising the purchase, and in the process was confused when the numbers weren't adding up with each other. It was my own mistake, so I'll give my review the extra star.

The product is really great. It makes you feel good. Makes you feel better gives you energy and it makes u feel like u just eat and it taste great

One of the sample packs either wasn't seal properly or burst due to package mishandling. Everything was covered in protein, one of the cookies I bought was stale and hard, and so far every I've tried from the powders, to the cookies, to the bars taste gross but they very clearly have a lot of protein in them but who puts collagen in cookies? The cookies tasted like bovine.

Never got my order!

I like how easy it was to order and there was an option to sample products as a one piece order. I also loved how quickly the order shipped and the notifications that I received during the process.

I noticed that I had submitted the wrong shipping address and attempted to correct this after the order was placed. I requested support and called a number and no one ever got back to me.
