Great taste, and good for you
Great taste, and good for you. I’m a regular marathon runner, approaching 60 and still doing 3hrs. I use EO3 as part of my training schedule, helping me to get the right protein and nutrients in post workout. It’s also just a really nice drink, especially when chilled. The price is relatively high, although I think it’s probably a fair reflection of the ingredients.
Expensive ultra-processed food
Don't get fooled by the advertised health benefits, this is ultra-processed food and cannot be good for your health. It says no added sugars, but contains juice concentrate as a main ingredient, the sugar content is about 10g /100 ml, about the same as Coca Cola. Do they think that they can still fool people with the "no added sugar" claim, in 2023? This is just the worst type of misleading advertising. The sugars in juice concentrate are exactly the same as added sugars, and this is a well known fact. Other ingredients found here are things that you would never find in your kitchen: collagen hydrolysate, pectin, artificial raspberry flavour, L-carnitine, sunflower seed protein, tochopherols. We now have abundant research showing that ultra-processed food such as this is the main cause of obesity in modern societies, and isolating single molecules from food and adding them to create a supposedly healthy food substitute is not a proven way to make people healthy. Some of these ingredients may not even come from food, and rather be produced in the lab. This is not real food and I regret I ordered these smoothies without reading the full label first, they cost a lot of money and are likely to be unhealthy. There is no need of adding vitamins and nutrients to your diet through artificial products, when these abound in vegetables (and you get healthy fiber instead of sugars). The claim benefits of Omega 3 supplementation is also a controversial topic, and certainly not a settled issue to date.

Great product and enjoy the taste
Great product and enjoy the taste. Nothing else out there like it!
RD is obsessed with EO3!
EO3 is a fantastic product! I've not seen a product that provides an effective dose of omega-3 fats in a way that's actually delicious. I was skeptical before I tried it because other products that claim to provide omega-3's ended up tasting fishy, but this is something I truly enjoyed. As a Registered Dietitian, I have many clients who require supplemental omega-3's, and I feel so much better having a product that provides other nutrients as well. It's so versatile that I've been able to work it into clients' meal programs in several different ways. Highly recommend this product! The team has been great to work with.

EO3 is an incredibly unique nutritional drink. It’s packs the protein punch a lot of consumers are looking for but with the added benefit of omega 3 fatty acids (and a lot of them!). I can’t believe this drink tastes so good considering the cod liver oil and 0g added sugar. This product also has a unique taste, almost like a fruit smoothie. Which is a nice change of pace from milkshake type drinks. My husband and I have been drinking this on and off for the past year and my mom has been drinking them too to help get in additional nutrients as a cancer survivor! Highly recommend as both a dietitian and a consumer.
Registered Dietitian’s take on EO3
As a registered dietitian, I really love EO3 because of the many nutrients provided but especially omega 3s! It’s a great option for those who can’t or choose not to consume fish as a way to get in omega 3s, which are beneficial to our heart health. I also love that I can get 20 grams of protein with all 9 essential amino acids in this one drink! It tastes sweet (but not too sweet) and doesn’t contain any added sugars. As a quick healthy meal or snack on the go, I think EO3 can be easily incorporated into many peoples’ lives!
Why did EO3 captured a heart of a dietitian
I am a registered dietitian and I absolutely LOVE EO3!! I am not really a juice person nor do I like sweet drinks, but EO3 captured my heart ! In just 8 ounces I get 20 grams of protein, my daily omega 3s ( no fishy oil taste), and I hydrate my body. It works great as a post workout fuel or just a quick fuel on the go. Packed with antioxidants, no added sugars just the one’s naturally found in fruits.
I have a very busy schedule and I am often on the go. I love reaching into my fridge and grabbing EO3!
It’s definitely a winner for me, my family and my clients.
Keeping my heart happy with EO3.
EO3 Drink Product Review
Since I am RD student, I have introduced this product to family and friends to see what they think of it. Many of them really enjoy the it especially when on the go or after a work out because of its high protein content. I am very impressed with this product and especially enjoy it chilled. I will highly recommend this product to clients in the future. Especially those who may not get enough Omega-3's in their daily diet.
Dietitian's Review
I loved the flavor of the drinks first and foremost. A lot of supplements that include protein are chalky and have a distinct whey protein flavor. These aren't that way at all. Nutritionally they are excellent with a great addition of omega-3, 20g protein, and vitamins D and E and includes a bit of fiber. I am and eating disorder and sports dietitian, so these are my number 1 go to for recommending nutrients to recover and replenish muscles, and for overall support in healthy weight gain to commence menstruation.
Dietitian Review of EO3
I am shocked with how yummy this drink is! I was hesitant to try it because the cod liver oil, but you can’t taste it at all!! The flavor is apple and berry forward, which I like.
As a dietitian, I am looking forward to recommending this product to my clients, especially those who don’t eat a lot of fish for those omega-3 fatty acids. But also great for people who are on the go and don’t have a second to refuel.

I don't care for the taste of most fish and I know my diet lacks omega 3, so I thought I'd give this a try. I wouldn't say it tastes delicious but it's "earthy" good. There is no fish taste at all but there is a weird hint of a pine flavor, I'm guessing it's the rosemary. All in all it's pretty good. I don't think I've had enough to notice any physical benefits but I'm hoping that will come.
Older athlete
The biggest problem with getting older is the recovery.
I am 63 and believe in the adage "If you don't cross the line how do you really know where it is?" With EO3 I recover a lot faster after crossing that line.
Wish I would have discovered this earlier!
Why a Registered Dietitian Promotes EO3
As a registered dietitian, I love EO3 for multiple reasons. This multi-nutritional smoothie is packed with omega-3s, protein, and antioxidants - and it tastes great!! I love having a smoothie post-workout, knowing I am fueling my body with good nutrition to help replenish energy stores and promote muscle repair and synthesis. I highly recommend EO3!

Natural taste
This is easily the best tasting nutritional drink I have used. Tastes like a fruit smoothie but with the added bonus of protein and omega 3, but without the fishy aftertaste. Additionally, it's helped with my post exercise recovery.
If though you like sugary, questionable tasting drinks then this is possibly not for you.

I am so happy I came across E03 ad on…
I am so happy I came across E03 ad on Instagram. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromalgia and just recently had Achille tendon surgery and started back drinking this for breakfast. I am hoping this helps with the inflammation and the recovery from my surgery. I reached out to customer service asking if their were any discounts and they gave me one. Which helps bc I am not working right now. Great tasting drink!
I tried this drink for my arthritis…
I tried this drink for my arthritis which dramatically helps. My Omega-3 Index was low like most Americans, but after 2 weeks of daily EO3, my arthritis is now barely noticeable, so I have stayed on the EO3 product. At first, the taste was neither good nor bad, now after a few months, I look forward to the drink. I highly recommend this for arthritis.
