Ordered a christmas present at the beinging of December, said 5 days for delivery and still not received my item, my order details are Order #548465 (placed on 2019-12-04 11:52:11) I've tried calling a number of times but get cut off everytime, I've emailed several times to get no reply! I am very disappointed and upset by this company so please take my advice and spend your money else where.

Well still waiting to hear from customer support what a load of bull**** of a reply I was given, all to make them look better but there no better, no refund, I ordered the last bottle and was told I was broken in transport so a replacement was sent (hows this when it was the last bottle?) Only for this one to have been broken too and told as it was due to transport issues I was not entitled to a refund! Hope this company is ready for my fury which is on its was to them!

Kind operators who are victims of processes that do not work well.
My package did not initially appear on company systems (after three days).
Then they found it but in three days they hadn't been able to see my email asking them to insert a gift card (as provided on their website) and to remove the receipt with the prices.
The impression is that there is no established business reality behind it.

It’s a shame I didn’t read more reviews before ordering. Ordered at the start of December with expected del between 5 and 7 days. It’s the 17th and according to the tracking the item that was for a christmas present still isn’t in the UK: really poor, no communication from the company and now looking to get a refund!

I bought 6 bottles of expensive wine on 11th November. On 24th November it said it couldn’t be delivered because of a broken bottle. Ever since I have been chasing to try and get a refund or re-delivery but they are now ignoring me. It’s 17th December now, so nearly 6 weeks after I ordered and paid. They have £191 of my money. I am contacting fraud police. DO NOT USE - SCAM

Ordered a Christmas present on 28th November, still no sight of it. No way to get through to support and no reply through social media.
It as easily could be a problem with Hermes as it seems like it's got to them but we really need a way to contact the company direct as the parcel companies don't deal with customers direct.

I ordered a christmas present for my Son who is visiting for 2 days before flying off back to Brazil.
The banner on the website stated "order by 15 December for delivery before Christmas"- great I thought as I found the exact item he wanted. I ordered on 14 December and paid.
The delivery is now after Christmas and you cannot get through on their phone number.

I was in a hurry and stupidly tried to order a bottle to be delivered in France thinking it was a french website.
I started worrying when the money was taken and didn't receive a confirmation email.
After calling I realized this is a Spanish (so no way I'll get that bottle for Christmas).
The fact that there is no email or chat probably indicates that they must receive so many complaints they can't handle them.

I have ordered a parcel and it has not arrived. I have tried contacting customer services and they have not gotten back to me. When i click track it it is coming up parcel not found. It is stressful as it has been 2 weeks.
