Tell Drinkstory NOT to use WOLT for delivery!
I ordered several bottles from Drinkstory today and to my very pleasant surprise in about 20 minutes I got a call and I was told the order was ready and I will receive it in about 1 hour!!! Unbelievable! Great service....Move forward about 90 minutes later...I got a call from the Wolt driver, that he arrived "I arrived". I asked where he was and he told me "in front" (I work in a hospital). I said I will be in a couple of minutes at the front gate. I go there, no Wolt. I asked the security people, no idea...Eventually I called back and the person (only English, please!) was behind the hospital, at a totally different address!!! He walked in the courtyard, but again in another place, luckily I saw him and in the end I got my package... So, overall experience: I got my order, but with hiccups. The Wolt guy's comment when I asked where he went. was "map, map", so blame it on Waze! Have a nice day!

They called my friend offering free delivery. I do not get this level of service here. Great experience, price and service. Thank you.
