Purchased 10 cases of Ice Mojito Drink what a lovely drink, ordered and was sent tracking details the following day and then got delivered a couple of days later. Excellent for the price.

Dreadful comms NOT EXPRESS
Dreadful comms, lame excuses and still no order delivered over a week later. Tired of companies doing this. How can you call yourself DrinksEXPRESS for goodness sakes.. not EXPRESS is it? update
It arrived after 3 weeks and an awful lot of chasing. To the point of my next step which would have been with my bank forcing a charge back. I stand by my review. Appalling.

This order was delivered as shown by the tracking
We send out 1000's for parcels every day, although we check random orders to see if they have been delivered, it is impossible to check and make sure each and every one has been delivered, only after a customer notifies us they haven't received their order, we work out what's happened and try to get this issue resolved asap.
Like in this case the drinks were delivered as soon as notified of the issue.

On Oct 2025, I ordered soft drinks from drinksxpress.uk and paid £20. I received a confirmation email, However the order never arrived, and all attempts to contact the site support were ignored.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Ordered some cans. No confirmation email. Waited 2 weeks. Emailed them. Emailed them again. Went through their website. No communication at all. No product. Now having to go through my credit card.l for a chargeback.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DODGY SITE

Scam of a company
Ordered on 12/11 and their website says they aim for next working day delivery, or 3-5 working days. I emailed on 19/11 as it still had not been shipped and heard nothing back. Emailed again a few days later and still nothing. Scam of a website. AVOID.
