Great platform to acquire more prospects

We've had a great rep (shoutout Cullen) who answers our questions (and we had several) whether it was a simple question or something more specific, he always had the answer or insight as to when the answer would be available for us! The interface itself is very easy to learn, and has been great for our team to use! Especially the team sequence templates! Those have allowed us to create approved messaging for everyone or get people started faster when they don't have time to build out a sequence for themselves. AND we've gotten a lot of meetings as a result!

I used it for campaign and loved it a lot. The workflow setups is really great. There is a scope to use LLMs and have more customized messages with in a campaign. Currently there are no suggestions.. use of variables are great.

2nd feature which can be added is notification (if there is any action item in any response).

Dripify is simple and user-friendly. Best part about this product, is the ease of setting it up and automating manual workflows. Set it up once and the tool does the work even when offline.

The tool is really simple to use. Clean interface, and the connection to LinkedIn Navigator lead search is amazing. I set my first sequence up really quickly, and started getting connections the next day. The combination of the Navigator and Dripify, makes it really easy to target leads. I will be honest and say I was surprised how easy it was to use. I did have a couple of questions in the process and the chat function sorted them out fast. So all in all a great experience, and I don't know why I didn't get it earlier.

A very user friendly system that greatly reduces the amount of time you need to spend on your sales campaign - it is done for you!! Early results are looking positive.

the fact that the sequence cannot be changes once the campaign is running is really downside, you learn as you go, you don't always know at the beginning what will be the response, the feedback, the acceptance and to what. the ability to alter is crucial. at least allow to freeze (from a certain contact onwards), make the changes and carry on. also the fact that for every such small think you ask to upgrade is not legit.

Dripify has been the easiest tool to setup and the most customizable. I have been super happy with the application so far.

So far (day 5) my experience with Dripify has been excellent. Their customer service teams are very pro-active and provide timely responses. This support is very important for a not-so-technical person, like me. The CX is very intuitive and i've had no problems setting up and engaging my first campaign.

It's super easy to set up automated outreach. As soon as someone responds, the sequence is stopped so you can intervene and connect with leads.

Dripify saves a lot of time in an effective way. It helps in creating real, personal connections

One thing I would like to add was if it could even handle cold email automation using multiple domains and email accounts , this is be a full outreach stack

Dripify has been a really disappointing experience. There’s no clear guidance, and the platform assumes you already know how everything works, which makes it unnecessarily confusing to use.

Team management is especially poor. What’s the point of inviting team members if I can’t properly access them or see them in my team without upgrading? It feels like basic functionality is locked behind paywalls.

I also couldn’t see other campaigns as expected, which made collaboration difficult. On top of that, customer support has been unhelpful, and cancelling the subscription is not straightforward at all.

Overall, it’s been frustrating enough that I’ve decided to switch to another tool.

Love the resources and ease of use of the tools.

The platform is very user-friendly. You can build campaigns quickly without needing a technical background. Biggest wins are simplicity, consistency & their automated assistant for quick help.
