I had an excellent experience with Evie…
I had an excellent experience with Evie Cook, the police representative, and Paul Morris, the duty solicitor at Driscoll Young Solicitors in Newport. From the very beginning, they were professional, calm, and incredibly supportive during what was a very stressful situation.
Evie explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process and my rights at every stage. Her knowledge and confidence were very reassuring, and she handled everything with professionalism and genuine care.
Paul Morris was also extremely helpful and supportive, providing clear advice and making sure everything was handled properly. Together, they made me feel that I was in safe hands throughout.
What really stood out was how calm, approachable, and understanding they both were while still being very professional. Having them there made a difficult experience much easier to deal with.
I would highly recommend Evie Cook, Paul Morris, and the team at Driscoll Young Solicitors to anyone who needs reliable and professional legal support. Thank you both for your help and dedication.

My immature landord was not returning my deposit. I discussed the case with these guys they have sent me 29 pages conditional fee agreement contract. First, I was quite reluctant and unsure but after they answered quesitons serval time I was happy to proceed. Once I signed the contract they started to work. I got my deposit back within a couple of months (delay was on landlord side).
Highly recommanded!
2 months without any updates
Not happy with the overall experience I have received from use the fact I sent over all my personal details and over 50 odd photos use still said wasn't enough that was only after 2 months near enough of not hearing about any updates the stress use know I have been through with this claim and the landlord but use just taken a blind eye and thrown it out is just pure disgusting suppose to be a law firm some law firm use are wish I never went ahead with it in future don't sent people to doors acting as if their going to win a claim for them against a landlord for mould damp ect when really use don't the stress this has caused for me over the months of this pointless claim was not needed at all for me to go through and deal with absolute joke! 😤😞
The best Solicitors around
Honestly the most professional Solicitors we have dealt with, they were kind, caring, fast and kept us informed every step of the way. My partner and I can’t thank the staff enough who dealt with our claim. 100% recommend Driscoll Kingston & Co Ltd

Got promised between £5000-£10000 at the beginning of a claim for mould in my home. To then at the end get a figure of £0 and they were making over £10000 in costs. Swnt me loads of letters and emails with the same tho g I'm presuming so they could charge for them. Crooks.
