I reserved an EV from Drive Green back in April, when the car turned up there was a deep gouge on the bonnet and heavily stained upholstery, after complaining the salesman promised he would sort out these issues, I then had to take the car to valeters and be without for a day. When I chased on the paint issue, I have been continually promised it would be sorted then placated with various excuses, couldn't get the paint, got the wrong colour etc.
I can honestly say this is the worst experience of purchasing a car I have had, no customer care whatsover. The car cost in excess of 18K, top price! there was no negotiation on this price, and the car was under prepared for handover, it's been a constant battle to try and get the paint issue resolved. From my experience, the company does no match it's marketing hype and the salesman has no integrity whatsoever. I thought by dealing with a local company that you would be looked after, it seems not. Buy online and get a better deal

Awful buying experience. I had to chase them up as not returning emails or calls. I did purchase a car but had to research the service history myself as no one there was interested. The handover was dreadful. Was told to wait at a desk for ‘30 seconds’ whilst my part exchange was inspected. Sat there for 10 minutes whilst the other chatted about their personal business, no one said a word to me, felt very awkward. The man dealing with my sale, returned, didn’t say a word just filled out the paperwork and said thanks, good bye. I did intend buying a charger and a warranty but will go elsewhere. The floor mats that were in the boot were not there when I had got home, had to spend more money to replace them. This should have been a great day.

Recently bought a car from Drive Green and would highly recommend them. The team are v welcoming, and are happy to share their considerable expertise on EVs and charging, without being too salesy! The car was provided in excellent condition too.

Spent a couple of hours at Drive Green checking out possible EV's. In the end we didn't find a car which met our needs but the service was excellent: informed, unpressured and friendly. Would definitely have purchased from them if we had found the right car.

Went to see a Smart for my wife and found an iPace in the same colour. Bought both! Very friendly team and lots of variety of stock if you want to see your shortlist at the same place. Looked at the Kia, Tesla's, Polestar and Hyundai....stuck with the Jag. Collected both, fully charged and they are fab!

What a fantastic experience it was buying an EV from Drive Green. Reece & Chelsea are a credit to the company. They were friendly & knowledgable and did their best to help me understand my options. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and there was no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice. I can see why they are so highly rated on auto trader and trust pilot. Without a doubt I will be back to pick up my next car here.

I sold my car to Drive Green today, they were amazingly efficient, in particular Chelsea Parsons. They gave me exactly what we had agreed, no haggling.

Also, if you are looking to buy an electric car you could save yourself a lot of time by going there as they have virtually every model available, and the people are knowledgeable about the products.

I got the chance to take my time, test drive, and evaluate the cars I was interested in. Even after the sale, they were quick to answer my questions and sent me a missing charging cable promptly. Overall, I'm happy with Drive Green's service, and I recommend them to anyone in the market for an EV.

We have bought two cars over the last five years from Drive Green. I have found the staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the transition to electric vehicles. We have had no real issues with either car and feel confident in our purchases. They can get really busy but our patience was rewarded.

I bought my i3 from Drive Green, and I couldn't be happier. The staff are knowledgeable and talked me through different options, eventually helping me find the best car for my needs. What's more, the staff have been incredibly helpful post-sale, answering my questions about how to use the many different features on the car. I will definitely buy from them again when the time comes.
