RUN AWAY !

We wish we could give zero stars, as our experience with this agency was truly disastrous.

Several issues need to be highlighted:

We had booked a Toyota RAV4, suitable for winter conditions in Iceland. Instead, we were given a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, far less appropriate for a February road trip. The result: an excessive fuel consumption of around 12L/100 km, leading to over €1,000 spent on fuel during our trip.
Even worse, the hybrid vehicle was not compatible with any charging stations in Iceland. When we contacted the agency, their only response was: "Your car is not compatible with the local charging stations."
So what was the point of giving us a hybrid vehicle if it couldn't be charged in the country?

A much more serious issue: the car we received had a bulge in the front right tire, which is a major safety hazard. When we reported this to the agency, they offered no commercial gesture, no apology, and completely ignored the seriousness of the situation.
By the time we noticed, we had already driven several hundred kilometers with this dangerous tire. When we managed to get it replaced, we found that the new tire was just a standard winter tire, not studded, despite the fact that road conditions were snowy and icy.
Once again, the agency refused any kind of compensation and, even worse, acted rudely and insultingly over the phone. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
