Drive53 were amazing from start to finish! We got a test in Bristol and got in touch with them , they really tried to do everything they could to accommodate our lessons in Christmas holidays as the test was on 10/01 . IBRAHIM was absolutely amazing , he went above and beyond- found time for us even on 31 December and 1st of January.
He had 3 tests this week and still sacrificed his time on Friday at 7:30 Pm to help us out . Couldn’t ask for more , great guy ! Great teacher !!!

Passed my automatic test with Jake today with only one minor. Couldn’t recommend him more. Really easy to chat to, super clear instruction and puts you at ease straight away. I’ve battled with driving anxiety for years and Jake was my 4th instructor - no doubt my pass was down to having such a great teacher. Thanks Jake

I had no previous experience driving. I was able to get weekend lesson due to work. Jake was very supportive and patient throughout all my lessons. A big thank you for all your help and support! I’d failed my driving test before, so I already had some driving experience but needed help to get over my weak spots and pass for real this time. Josie was amazing — she really listened to what I needed and support me to take my test in my own car.

She took time to properly evaluate my driving skills and gave me honest, practical advice on exactly what could trip me up again, based on my mock tests. Her feedback was spot-on — she didn’t sugarcoat things but supported me to tackle those issues head-on.

Thanks to her, I managed to turn things around in just four lessons — short but very focused — and I’m so happy to say I passed today! 😊

My driving instructor Dan was great, he always had so much hope in me and made my confidence so so much better on the road. I passed my driving test today and couldn’t be happier but couldn’t of done it without him!! Definitely recommend!!

The driving instructor in this driving school is really irresponsible for their student, my driving instructor cancelled my lesson twice right on the day I have booked the lesson. The first time the driving instructor got no show on the lesson and after half an hour he messaged me to said he was sick and unable to get off from his bed… Second time, I confirmed driving lesson with him and that morning he cancelled my lesson again which he explained he had some familia matter… I think both times are just some excuse to skip my lesson, especially the first time this driving instructor got no show and messaged me after an hour is totally unacceptable, hope everyone in Bristol never choose this driving school

A demoralising ableist.

Nothing to do with the low life’s job but this man has belittled an elderly man with a disability.

I would take this review on board before even booking in with him and wouldn’t bother if you have any disability or condition as this pathetic man will happily post all over Facebook about how funny it is.

I recommend this company, I took the test for private hire without any problems, David is a man I recommend calmly and he explains exactly what you did wrong.

Highly recommended! The instructor Sean is very professional, punctual, patient...teach you just the right skills to get you pass the finishing line. He will build up your confidence and improve your judgement. I pass the exam in one go.

Modern day slavery.
Charging his driving instructors when bristol is full of work THEN on top of charging these poor innocent instructors he fobids them making their own money, absolutely disgusting and a total master manipulator.

Who would want to book anyone from this school knowing this is modern day slavery.

What truly sets her apart is the personalised approach she takes. Her expertise and attention to detail were instrumental in his development as a skilled and responsible driver.

Her punctuality and reliability were impeccable, making the entire learning process smooth and stress-free. Within 6 weeks my son passed his driving test.

Drive53 are amazing! I was very nervous about learning to drive to begin with but Sean-auto instructor has been amazing with me. Sean has always shown up with a smile on his face and we always had a laugh whilst also taking things very seriously too. Very reliable and always had time for me if I had questions or anything. I could honestly keep writing positive things because I've had the best experience with Sean. Thank you Sean and team for being amazing driving instructors.

After being let down time and time again with another unamed company I got in touch with David with only a month to go before my test. He managed to squeeze me into his diary and give me some lessons. Hand on heart I can honestly say what a lovely guy he is and made my confidence rise more then I felt before. I went on to pass first time yesterday. I just wish I started with this company from the very beginning, all I can do now is assure everyone to try with these guys. Drive53 was able to help me get me license in record time without charging me extra, and that's just the beginning. Their team is made up of experienced instructors, able to accommodate for a wide range of learners at different skill levels and availability.

My instructor was not only a good teacher, but also had great dedication to getting his students to the best level of driving before we attempt our practical test. He went out of his way to ensure that I and another of his students could attend and successfully pass our tests booked back-to-back in the morning.

I wholeheartedly recommend Drive53 for learning to drive from scratch, as well as if you need to take a UK driving test with foreign driving experience. Their team is able to accommodate a wide range of driving skill levels, and can work with you to schedule as much instruction as you need.

Highly recommended, I emailed drive53 to book taxi assessment for south Gloucestershire council, got prompt reply from Sean, I was a bit nervous before my test but great conversation before the test help me calm my nerves. Sean was very polite and professional. Highly highly recommended specially for taxi assessment.

Amazing company the instructors really care about their students giving 100 per ent , friendly, professional I totally recommend... , David is extremely good, I honestly haven't seen a better driving school in United Kingdom.

My wife is a bit of a numpty (the fact that she wasn't confident in writing this review herself speaks volumes!) and but somehow with the guidance and patience of David, SHE PASSED!!!

Throughout the months David has been extremely, kind supportive, responsive and helpful. My wife enjoyed all her lessons and despite her being quite panicky at times, David helped her become comfortable behind the wheel quicker than I ever thought possible.

Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with David and this driving school. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!!!
