Overcharging, No transparency in pricing and rude staff
After the end of trip asked me to pay extra 400 for driver's accomodation even though he spent the night in my car.
Given that I booked the driver from 6pm - 6 pm next day and my trip ended 2:30 pm itself.
They charged me for 2 days.
The staff was rude and even threatened me .
I would recommend not book driver from here

Sorry to hear about your experience, we have checked in our records and found that you haven't provided accomodation to the driver. In that case you have to pay him Rs.300 for the same. It is already mentioned in terms and condition while making a new driver booking.
The company delivered what it promised. The response was quick, to the point, and trustworthy. The car pilot provided by the company, was extremely good, sincere, cooperative and highly skilled.
Being quite new in NCR, I approached them to provide services of a driver for three days and two nights. The services were extremely good, and therefore, the company can be trusted by any one, even by a new person in the NCR. The behaviour and sincerity of driver were praiseworthy.

Must take Service
Service was smooth from the time of booking. The driver, Chandan was well behaved, experienced and cooperative. The payment process was transparent and hassle free. Will recommend to book their service for sure

Not trustworthy, pathetic experience
Not trustworthy, pathetic experience; i overpaid the driver by mistake and for 500-600rs he lied. How can you trust handing over so expensive car and the valuables inside to such people.

Very good experience with the company

Peaceful moving around Delhi and outside Delhi
I am moving around Delhi and surrounding areas peacefully with the help of Drive Assist for the last 3to 4 year's approximately . I feel extremely comfortable once it is booked and never faced any kind of trouble like delay in arrival or cancellation. Drivers are polite well trained and trustworthy. I wish Drive Assist a long and extended stay in service. My best wishes are with Drive Assist.

Happy customer for over 3 years
I’ve been a Drive assist customer for over 3 years and I’ve availed of their driver service and car + driver service over 2 dozen times. Other than a minor navigational glitch here and there the experience has been wonderful. The drivers have all been polite and the cars clean. Himanshu has been a delight to deal with and he’s helped me with last minute requests on several occasions. I foresee being their customer for the foreseeable future.

Awesome experience. Customer support is just one call away. Company provided driver (Kanav Verma) was one of the best driver I have met ever. Very experienced in driving and a safe driver. I recommend the company and strongly recommend this driver for a very comfortable journey.

THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING CAB SERVICES THEY ARE MAKING FOOLS.
PLEASE DON'T PAY ADVANCE OR DON'T BOOK HIS CABS.
I needed to take a cab from Delhi to Ujjain... I was told an Innova was available. Please pay the booking amount. When I paid, they said the Innova was unavailable, so I could use a Kia car. I said okay. 10 minutes later, they said the Innova was available. The same car was coming. The driver's details came, but the driver said he would be back in an hour. An hour later, they said, "Sir, your car has gone to the airport. Please take another car." Another 10 minutes later, they said, "Sir, it will take two hours for the car to arrive because of the traffic." Then they don't answer any calls or messages. +91 99717 58219 Daman Batra, his rascally driver Vishnu Meena 73398 06904. Don't book this cab service. They'll fool you; they don't provide cab service, they just scam. And all the positive reviews on Google are theirs.

Hi.. sorry to hear about your experience. we checked with the support team and driver and found that you were assigned a car and driver for you trip, the car reached at your pickup location at given time at 11pm but you didn't pick up driver's call in the night. However the driver waited at your location for one hour and after getting no reply from you he left from there.
