Preferred website for booking rental cars in Europe
Very good user experience and trustful partners.
We booked rentals cars for several times during the past years and never exerienced any issue. Custer service is very helpful and nice.

Absolutely bad service
Absolutely bad service. They promised a full insurance car for a week and when I arrived to the airport I was asked to pay a lot more money to have the insurance. Very confusing terms in the website. I didn't take the car and went to another service.

Our rental cars include a full comprehensive insurance as well as theft protection. Nevertheless, we often experience that rental car companies try to offer additional insurances when picking up the rental car. We kindly ask you to insist that the insurance already included is enough and that you would not like to pay for any additional services.

collection of Data and Creditcardnumbers what for??!?!?
One Day after my booking, the booking was refused with wild allegations about credibility of my creditcard. I was advices to reenter my booking into the System again.
Now the Price of exactly the same offer was about 25% higher than in my original booking!!
Wast of time!!

They just stole my money
They just stole my money
I booked from 17/03/2020 to 21/03/2020 and paid in advance, My flights have been cancelled ,so I booked flight for the next day 18/03/2020 but they told t if you don't pick up the car on the 17th of March we will cancel the booking and lose what I paid .
So I end loosing my booking full money I paid.
Not recommended at all

Terrible experience with this company!! Evoid them!! They have basically stolen 80 euros from us.. customer servive wont pick up.. everything over email.. terrible.. 0/10

Complete confusion!
This company (under its various trading names) is completely confused about whether winter tyres are or are not payable extra (or whether they even are available at all!), despite those being shown as 'included' in the booking process. Also, tried to show unsolicited insurance on me that I never opted for, and which I had to spend time figuring how to cancel. NOT recommended. Symptom of a complete lack of communication between the broker and individual car rental providers!
