the team was responsive and helpful i couldn't have asked for a better experience overall

i was nervous about my driving test but finding a slot earlier made me feel much more prepared

I cannot express how relieved I am to have found an earlier date they really know thanks to their service i managed to book my test within a week i couldn't be happierhow to help learners

Test shift had already booked me a test for the 2nd March but testbot auto shifted my test back another week, also made me believe they’d book me a test miles away from my test centres. Not impressed with this service.

I found the value worth it considering how quickly they helped me grab a test datethis place exceeded my expectations with their timely notifications about available slots

the team was incredibly helpful and responsive during my process it made everything so much easier and less stressful

Whilst the whole situation regarding getting a driving test is shambolic and a huge failure of our government (don't get me started!), this app is really good. The support is quick and pro-active and, as we didn't get a slot in the short time-frame we gave them, there was absolutely no issue with a refund and they even followed it up to make sure I'd received it. A happy customer!

Been trying to get a refund for more than 5 days now. Spent £19 on the alert subscription then a further £111 on the auto booking feature so they could book my practical. Have had no response from them, nor have i had any money returned to me. In combing through their reviews now. Dont be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews up here. Customer service has been terrible so far. Wasted alot of money on this and have missed out on test dates because they wont return my money.

tried multiple "test cancellation" apps before and they didn't really work. this is clean, easy to set up and does exactly what it says it'd do.

I was a bit skeptical at first but after using it I realized how beneficial it is to have this support

3rd time using drive bot did take a few weeks for them to book but that’s expected I didn’t put a lot of dates in they managed to get me one the other day for march my original test was booked for June would definitely recommend only place that has managed to switch all my tests.

Its trash, don't waste your money.

Even though bot has failed to secure a early slot for me I am very much impressed with their commitment to provide excellent service to the customers. They are very prompt with their response & service. Unlike other providers the history of the bot search was clearly shown on my profile page which is a positive aspect of it. By the way I have passed my driving test now.

I was impressed by how fast they monitored the system I got my appointment just two days after signing up

so relieved to have found this place I finally have my driving test rescheduled to next week
