Drive car were very accommodating, bought the car to my hotel ready for us, everything done over email electronically. car was clean and well maintained, able to leave the car at my hotel for collection which was really convenient.

Sign up process was seamless, pick up and drop off is very simple.Our outward flight was delayed for 2 hours, emailed to ask if we could alter our drop off time to match - no problem. Professional and friendly service from the start! Accommodation was at the Hobart Travelodge November 2023 and we decided late that we would hire a vehicle for five days, following a visit to all the CBD car hire establishments it became apparent that despite school holidays being over and thinking early November would be quiet the only vehicles available were commercial high cost units!
Walking back to the Hotel we discovered Drive Car hire just around the corner and these guys despite almost no cars available managed to produce a car within a couple of hours! They also waived the first days cost due to later pick up in the city! This was the start of a really fun trip around Tassie, we will be back and definitely using these guys for our transport!

We booked a RAV4 Hybrid 8 months prior to our holiday and Drive guaranteed we would get this car. Week before confirmed definitely getting the RAV4, which was very new (only 12,000km on clock) and in pristine condition. Airport pick up and drop off was so easy with excellent instructions. Staff are always very pleasant on the phone. Able to take car on ferry to Bruny Island. Whole experience was excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

I never thought in my life that I would be giving a car hire company a 5 star review - but here we are, I am lucky to have found drive!! Booking, signing paperwork, collection and drop off were all super easy and the overall process was smooth and electronic which we appreciated. When we had flight delays they responded to us very efficiently and were helpful. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.
