Ordered an item a month ago. Their support gave me incorrect tracking number and the parcel is sent back to them as I couldn't track and pick it up. Also postitioning themselves as USA company, but sending from China. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Why can't i give zero stars? My purchase never arrived and neither did my promise of a refund. A total fraud! Avoid.

Has been over 4 months since I ordered. Has been in NZ for over a month now without any sign of being delivered to me yet. Incredibly disappointing. order number 3218S282162) If you feel like doing anything about this shit delivery service

I ordered the Mini Screwdriver Set on 12/12/2024. Today is 25/04/2025. The item has still not arrived!!!! I have sent numerous emails and requested the details of the courier company in order for me to follow up on my side to no avail. They only tell me to be patient!!!
I strongly suspect that I have been scammed.

I really liked it fam! delivery took two weeks but comfy neck support and useful cup organizer made long drives chill, definately recommend this.

I drive long hours and this comfy cushion and handy cup holder organizer combo legit saved my neck.

Ordered this item at a pretty good price and received it after two weeks. Packaging was decent enough to prevent any damage during transit. Quality feels solid and comfortable; it functions well just as described. Im fairly satisfied with this purchase.

Good design and practical functionality make this accessory comfortable and useful during longer road travels.

Picked this up at a great deal and was impressed by its practical design and decent build quality considering the low cost—I found it genuinely useful on daily rides.

Two months to get items! I paid for shipping at time of order plus additional fee for expedited shipping. Two months later USPS leaves a slip in my mailbox to pickup order at Post Office with $25.20 due for shipping. The used a fraudulent shipping label that was used 2 months earlier to ship an item to someone else!
No way to get resolution, they simply rip you off big time!
They also charged more on my cc that my actual order was for, an additional $40!
RUN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I've had a very disappointing experience with DriveCarJoy.com.Their customer support is severely lacking, making it difficult to get any help or resolve issues. Additionally, the quality of their products feels more like cheap toys than reliable car accessories. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. It’s frustrating and I would not recommend this company.

Do not buy this itemUpgraded Car Windshield Magnetic Snow Cover it is crap. it is as thin as a newspaper and they use a fake tracking number, the one you get is not the one that applies, but I received information that it was sent from a place in the USA, but that is not true, it is sent from China. DO NOT BUY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The customer service is nonexistent. No way to call them only play tag with emails. There "tracking" is never updated. The tracking number they give you is useless since they don't use U.S. postal. Though they say they do, the U.S. post office says they have no such tracking numbers. Overall lesson learned. They are a scam.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Ordered something in November, then waited THREE MONTHS and never received it. When I reached out for the third time, they told me it was delivered last week. I informed them I never received it and they basically told me “check with the post office.” Seriously!!!! Their customer service is horrible! I’m out my money and I’m DONE with this company!

Do not buy anything from this company. ITS all A scam... Will not receive item for months, then when you get will be a .10 cent item, and WILL NOT refund your money....Very deceitful...

...in the end after about a month and a half of waiting the package arrived... with surprise... I had to pay €6.22 customs tax to the postman! Never happened before with AMAZON,TEMU, WISH, ALIEXPRESS... Conclusion it was the worst online shopping experience and I will certainly never buy anything from you again!!!

I would give this lying scam company 0 stars if I could! They sent me fake tracking information, could not - or WOULD NOT - tell me who the delivery carrier was and even fooled PayPal with their lies and phony information! After waiting for 2 months, I received an email that my package was delivered in my mailbox - but it was NOT. All the joke of a company would tell me was to check again or to ask my neighbors or call the post office! The post office said the tracking number was not a USPS number and so did UPS and FedEx. After filing a case with PayPal, they denied me a refund because the shipping status showed the package as delivered. So much for feeling safe when ordering online with them! But this horrible excuse for a company producing fake tracking information and not even sending out a product is basically STEALING money from people without apology. You should NOT buy anything from them unless you just want to give them your money for nothing! Do NOT trust this company!

Paypal forced a refund.

They promoted a beautiful product from another company and sent me an extremely useless and poor quality product. When I expressed my disappointment with this product and wanted to return it, they said they would give you $5. When I insisted on returning the product, they first offered $7 and then $12. They said that if I insisted on returning this product, I would have to pay for the shipping and it would be very expensive. Despite the easy refund on their website, they started not responding to my emails to avoid refunding my money. The only reason I am pursuing this matter is because I don't want other people to be scammed.
