I recently purchased my first car in the UK, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As someone who had no prior experience driving in the UK, I was a bit nervous about the process, but the Franklin (director) was incredibly helpful and made everything straightforward.

The service and communication were outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and provided clear guidance at every step. One of the biggest conveniences was that they delivered the car to my location free of charge, which was a great relief.

The car came with a fresh MOT, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. He also assisted me with the car registration and road tax payment, which was helpful as I was unfamiliar with the UK system.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They went above and beyond to make my first car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those new to car ownership in the UK.

Brought a hyundai i10 in October 2022 and we are having to scrap it less than a year later after nothing but trouble from day one.
Had the car inspected by two mechanics and both agree car has major issues which seller would have known about and has covered up. One mechanic even said has doubts over validity of cars mileage. Car had major oil leak from day one and was also burning oil internally, this would be why seller kept saying I have just done an oil change.
We have had to put in a new clutch, timing chain and gear box at our expense. When we contacted seller just after buying with these issues he did not want to help at all and eventually ignored our attempts to contact.
Worst bit is he sold this to my daughter who had just passed her test, not only endangering her life but taking her savings too. Rinds it if a dark basement flat which in hindsight should have rung alarm bells straight away. Please avoid at all costs as is a cowboy

You have never send me warranty log in details or the number of my policy. 2. You offered to pay £300 as I took your car to the service straight away after buying it as it had issues, however £300 didnt even fix the problem so I have to take it to service again and cover FUTHER COSTS. On your advertisement you were stating that car drives like new. I have informed you that it is broken on the second day. I bought it from you as a trader and had to spend £300 and now I have to spend even more as problem is not fixed. So your offer did not cover the issues this car have. I do not think it is normal spending all this money on the car advertised as new from the car trader. 3. I did want my car returned and deal CANCELED! However you are saying that my car we part exchanged had issues, I asked you for invoices at least 3 times to see the proof of the issues but you never responded and completely ignored my emails. So you did not give me an option. You never provided invoices and completely disappeared. 4. The car stops randomly at the traffic etc, so you told me that it is Stop-start function, this car has NO STOP-START function. You lied to me. 5. Amount of distress and struggle this car cost me is unbearable.

I bought a low mileage toyta aygo from Franklin a month ago and the experience was amazing he was kind and honest and trustworthy. The car was in excellent condition and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

We bought our very first car in 2017 a Honda Jazz and was in excellent condition .
The car did well on all our holidays and an overall family car and no issues which for a family was awesome.
I used it travelling 70miles everyday for 8months for work - and never faulted.
Lyndelworldcars - also helped me in servicing it regularly over the 3 years i had it and it passed the MOT's all clear; always supported for all the queries on Roadtax and other details.
