I had 48 hours learning with this instructor. Terrible experience!
He was very impatient, shouting and yelling a lot. He even used the f word when I made a manoeuvre mistake in a parking bay. His manner made the atmosphere very tense and heavy, which imposed lots of pressure on me. I was naive to think that I just had to endure this until I passed the test. However, how can one learn in such situation?
He made some comments that I couldn't even perform simple tasks, so shouldn't think of passing the test. What kind of instructors is that?
He sometime arrived late for the lessons. On some occasion, he was 15 mins just because he had been busy chitchat with an old friend. He used phone a lot when we were having lessons. Sometime I had to stop for him to make non-emergency phone calls.
I even felt a bit threatened by him. He suggested me to take many lessons and booked lessons without my consent. Of course I refused but this revealed his bad manner.

Avoid this company at Banbury. My friend has very bad experience learning with the guy called Przem. Late for the lesson for 20-30min without compensation. Advise continuous 4 hrs lesson to make student feel very tired and made mistake then record it to keep studying more. Finished more than 50hrs but always find ways to make student feel bad, even not allow to take car to the test but not inform student to move so end up losing test booking. He has problem with English intepretation so just yell and shout at student instead of giving clear instruction. Report him to DVLA for his instructing practice.
