How can this be a legit company? Feel a little stupid after filling in all the questions.. legitimate google search, connecting with DVLA and then to get diverted onto another site.
The worst of it all they have done is forwarded om the application as i now have an email from DVLA saying thanks for renewing..
Shocking these people should be stopped.

I unexpectedly ended up paying £89 for something I didn't realize I had subscribed to, which felt like a total scam. Unfortunately, Barclays considers them legitimate and has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Stay alert because this seems like a huge deception.

I have been scammed like everyone else…
I have been scammed like everyone else on here. I thought I was on a Government website. As soon as I realised £75 was pending out of my bank. I notified the bank and cancelled my card. The email they gave does not work. I replied to their confirmation email telling them to cancel this contact immediately and I do not authorise further payments from my bank. I think the worst of this is that they have peoples identity eg NI number passport num. I have informed the fraud prevention team and signed up for CIFAS. As they can put red flags on your credit documents banks and other companies can see this. Feeling stupid please do not make the same mistake
The same experience as a lot of people…
The same experience as a lot of people on here. My computer was on the DVLA site but suddenly when I applied for the licence after giving personal details the page for this company appeared which made me assume that it was linked to the DVLA. Without having agreed to any payment I checked on my bank account and found that £75 had been taken by the company. I immediately froze my card and then soon after received an email from the company saying they would repay the £75. This has not yet happened.
Omg!
Omg!! This website is a scam. DVLA doesn't charge £80 for a licence, and this site has taken my £80.
You made me go full Karen
I never comment on trust pilot. That's how angry I am.
Changed the address on my licence, I started by typing in gov.uk so I have no idea how I ended up giving this company my details and agreeing to this service.
I got charged £89 so they can proof read anything I submit on official government documents?
I immediately emailed back when the money came out of my account and to my surprise they got back quite quickly saying it was cancelled, then they submitted screen shots displaying their "I agree to terms of service" tick box is where they state that you're subscribing to their service.
If I have to swallow £90 instead of going to court when it's black and white, fine. Expensive lesson learned. But this is unbelievably unethical and gross.
I hope the head of this company stubs their toe frequently.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They pretend to be a legitimate service providing company, helping you renew government documents, but the charges are ridiculous. Just had a read through of the website and this was obviously immediately, suggest you avoid them and preferably report to Google as a scam site, so it can be removed from the results.
I have reported them to Google with screenshots of the site etc and explained the scam.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I applied to renew my licence and put my details in to pay £14. I didn't get a confirmation email and on further reading I noticed the £89 every 3 months charge. I checked my bank and the £14 hasn't come out so I have frozen my card for now and will keep it frozen in between using it until I apply for a new card. A momentary lapse of concentration on my behalf.
This is a scam!
This is a scam!
They will take £89 every three months when you use any of their services and will do nothing to correct.
By no circumstances should you use this service!!!!!
"Confirmation Email" in junk.
I couldn't find their "confirmation email" for a few days, wondering why gov was taking so much time to send me an email.
After a few days, I found it in my junk folder and that I signed up for an 3-month £89 subscription to a site that WASN'T even DVLA. And it turns out they charge you this NOT for your driver's license, but for their customer support and discount deals.
Read the terms and condition please. They intended this.
When you're doing it on phone, it's much harder because they hide so much.

I also just got scammed and most importantly, you don't even have an email to prove to your bank that the goods are fake, as in the dispute process they ask for all sorts of proves and there's nothing, beside your transaction showing you got your account lighter for £44. Why do they still exist on the browser I am not sure, why nobody shut them down by now?
