I have been a customer for nearly ten years
I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. I have had to unfortunately use the service five times all of which have been carried out with exptional service delivery in the UK and Europe. The cost is a little high but it mirrors the great efficient service that i have received when it was needed three times in Europe two in the UK, three of the times late at night one needing an hotel over night stay covered by DG .. My family and friends have now added this service to their vehicles to cover holiday trips to Europe.

5* service breaking down in Germany.
Had a tyre blow out in the middle of the German countryside in our Motorhome and couldn’t change the tyre. Called driver guardian and within 4 hours we were back on the road assisted by them and the German breakdown. Thank goodness for google translate !
We have little German and breakdown man had little English. So we conversed through google translate.
Was so pleased with the service we received by all.

Good but not perfect
The website was easy to use but unfortunately although I had renewed and paid for two cars the policy details only showed one, so I had to phone up and speak to a staff member about it. The service from him was good and the matter was rectified. Overall the service was good but I am unable to give five stars because of the problem with the website,
