I get it; maybe I'm just spoiled from working with companies that actually have substance and a decent working environment. Drivers Ltd is definitely not one of those.

If you want to work here, be ready to be judged by how much the office manager likes your accent or phone voice. The director doesn’t value staff and favours the new office manager who he knew years back with no transport experience.

Key staff left in July, and I recently was dismissed after two months due to exploring options elsewhere. I had to leave. You might see this as a disgruntled former employee at your peril but I’ve never had to review former employers like this. Just watch how the quality of reviews will drop now that I’m gone. I set up this company on a TP platform and got “reliable” drivers, leaving positive 5-star reviews. It’s embarrassing. Save yourself the time, but if you do join, make sure to leave your own review after experiencing what I’ve described—or worse. People need to know the truth.

By far the best driving agency in Southampton and Hampshire gives you jobs all the time throughout the whole year keeping you busy 5-6 days a week.Theyve got a whole range of class 1 and 2 jobs containers, doubledeckers ,curtainsiders ,tippers,tankers ,pallet work ,hiab ,flatbed ,European work ,tramping, days, nights suits for all drivers and great rates of payment minimum 10 hours 👍 👏. They're very friendly and looking after me like no other agency done it before. I hope my collaboration with them to last as long as possible.
