Quite expensive policies but yet the best so far, i compared the prices with other 7 to 8 different companies and i'm stiff with my decision and i would like to stick to my decision.

Damien was very professional and experienced I Floyd Teague request a promotion for Mr Damien Brown on my behalf

The representative was very rude and 99 questioned me on why I wanted to cancel my policy. I don’t know if they are paid on commission or what the issue is but when I told her to simply cancel the policy she kissed her teeth and said “ill cancel it have a nice day” and hung up on me. The whole interaction to get the policy started was very convoluted and it felt like a scam. They asked for my card information over the phone and even my social security number and date of birth which I wasn’t comfortable doing. Over all a very shady situation.

Yes, I called Damia and he helped me two times because on mine car it had two vin number so he changed it to the right one. He did a wonderful job give him a raise.

He was very nice and polite. And I need the paperwork sent to me on all I can do, and how much. Mail it to me.

He was quick, succinct, and very nicep.

The representative that I spoke with did an excellent job on helping me with everything and making sure that I had the right information and that everything was correct. It wasn't a scam. Thank you for your help

Dorothy known as Dottie did a great job elaborating everything to me explaining how the contract worked what I needed to do and really made me feel comfortable and feeling like I could go and explain what she said to me.. she helped me feel comfortable by erasing all the negative thoughts of other people talking about warranty contracts she let me know what I was covered for what I could do she's an awesome awesome representative great patience very intelligent knows her work and I truly appreciate her time and patience that she gave to me to make sure that I understood my contract and what I got into I thank her and God bless she deserves a promotion.

Marco and Damian did great explaining everything to me and with helping me understand the coverage. They answered all my questions and they both had great attitudes.
