I normally hang up on most sales people especially when I didn't even no about the company but the rep Alex I spoke with today was extremely nice n professional even got me to sign up for 5 year policy so I'm glad I got his call today he explained everything very clear also he is doing a great job instead of asking for my number to be removed I ended up listening to what he said n signed up how anyone I ever have to talk to in future is as professional as he is thank u Alex burden

My experience with your company Drive smart was absolutely amazing and heart felt this company is bar none the real deal no games all business and they car about your needs for your vehicle honesty and trust and integrity is what won me over customer service was absolutely awesome and breathtaking.

I had a terrific experience this morning with a Drivesmart rep. He was professional, very friendly, happy to help, understood my issue immediately and brought up all my account information in a blink of an eye. He answered my question and even texted me the protocol clearly laying out exactly what I should do when I bring my car in for service, my account ID to give to service provider and number to call for the service provider to reach Drivesmart claims. I felt taken care of. Thank you!!

After an unsolicited call from these people, I was ready to hang up when suddenly the price dropped from $100 down payment to $25. The salesman was smooth and I wound up agreeing to the down payment. Then the pushy, aggressive agent got on and insisted that I had to sign a contract RIGHT THEN for $100 per month. I got turned off to that routine and refused to sign and told him I was no longer interested. Then they went ahead and took my deposit anyway. Calls to the company resulted in LIES about returning the deposit--first from another pushy agent (who ended his call to me with "Enjoy those high car repair bills, loser); then a receptionist who said that it wax "being processed", and then from a nicer agent who assured me I would have the deposit by "the end of the week". Weeks ago this transpired and still no refund. Although the amount is small, the warning is that if they will steal $25 from a Senior Citizen, apparently for sport, they are CRIMINALS through and through. Do NOT subscribe to this lawless and corrupt service. They are criminals and you will be stuck with worse events in the long run. NO STARS and AVOID and find a reputable company for this service.
