Exceptional service
Bought my BMW 220d from these guys a couple of days ago. Can honestly say they provided as good of a service as I could've hoped for. The process was so smooth through their website when laying a deposit and their promises read so well I actually thought it was a bit too good to be true at first.. but nope this high quality was replicated in person. Well worth the 4 hours of travel. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

You can’t please all the people all the time…..
I understand that no used car dealer can satisfy all customers all the time , and some customers will leave a bad review but I have certainly had a pleasant experience with this company. I found a VW Polo that I liked the look of on the Car Gurus website. They put me in touch with DCC and I couldn’t be happier with the car or the friendly and efficient service I received from
Richard Gosden at their Durley branch. Part of the deal is free delivery, in my case almost 130 miles to my home. They also provide a new MOT if there is less than 6 months to run on the old one - They volunteered to replace the battery without charge when the car struggled to start when I was being given a video tour of the car.. All this and lots more without ever meeting face to face. I am a very happy customer.
