Delivery in just few hours! GREAT Support
I arrived in Japan today and went to pick up my rental car with my German license, not realizing I also needed a certified Japanese translation. I ordered it online using the link from the rental company and chose the express option. I contacted the support team and explained my case. Although it was supposed to take 1–2 business days, support sent me the translation within just 2 hours so I could print it at 7-Eleven. Excellent service!!! They saved our trip!

It all went well, just one thing confused me - after the submission of the drivers license picture, the only message I received in about four weeks was “we have submitted your application”… so when my trip to Japan approached I was a bit anxious if all is going well. However, reply on the WhatsApp number was very prompt. So all in all a good experience!
