Great shower but Customer Support performance needs to be considered
Great shower; filters do not last exactly the one-month claimed but it the product provides a great shower. I cannot give Customer Support good marks. I received no response to my inquiries. That fact, reduces confidence of expectations, should the need to exchange or return arise. Buyer beware.

dont waste your money
if i knew what i know now about this product id of never ordered it. first the wait for delivery was ridiculous. then when i hooked it up, i didnt have no better water pressure then my old one. so i cleaned my old one (that has more spray options anyway) and put it back on. i figured my bad and was going to leave it at that,,,,, but no, they charged my account another 38.00 dollars without my knowlege. this was supposedly for filters. i recived 1 filter. in the end they want a review. well if you want something like this then go to walmart or amazo

Shower lost all its power after three showers. You sent me filters a month after the showerheads arrived that I did not order, and they cost more then the showerheads. This seems like a scam to me.

I’ve been trying to return it but not getting any help from the company. So much for their return guarantee. Beware before you buy.
The reason I was returning it is that I decided I didn’t want to pay for filters every month, which is ridiculous.

Received unsolicited filters and my credit card was charged over $70 for 4 filters! No response to emails at customer support and the phone number associated with the credit card charge does not work. Ive refused 3 packages and blocked future charges.

None of the attachments fit my standard shower, so I had to hire a plumber to install it. I've got waaaayyyyy too many filters and keep getting charged for more. All that being said, I AM satisfied with the water quality.

The product is very cheap in quality in my opinion. The pressure is at Best lower than average. The three selections that it has two of them are OK and the third one is horrible. Would not recommend this faucet to anyone looking for what they advertised. High water pressure. Thank you.

I love the shower head
I love the shower head, makes your skin and hair feel awesome. The only thing I'm disappointed about it that I was charged$39.00 for an extra filter which I really have no recollection of doing. If I sign up for something I immediately cancel it. I had purchased one prior and at the end had an option to purchase like 9 or 10 extra filters for 20 bucks. Who in their right mind would pay$39 for one. Anyways, it arrived broken so I've got to take it to with usps to make a claim. So just be carefully and read so you know exactly what you're signing up for so you don't get taken advantage of, i personally feel like i did cause like I said i would've never agreed to pay 39 dollars for 1 filter. That's insane. Anyways other than that the shower heads are awesome if definitely recommend.

I did not receive shower hoses with my purchase of two. I have repeatedly asked for directions how to return this product and get a refund. I'm a senior and live on fixed income. $56 is a lot of money for me to lose.
