Ton is great
Ton is great, he helped me out with returning the shower heads that seem to be sold separately from the mounts and the hoses, you have to buy that stuff not included that's why I returned everything, it may be the best shower head in the world but the marketing is pretty lousy, you got to let people know before you take money out of their account so it's going to cost them more money than what is originally in the deal, thank you to Ton for helping me out, have a nice day

I am very angry with your company
I am very angry with your company. I am being charged 105.00$ for 3 shower heads when I did not purchase any. I was going to purchase your product until I found out that after you buy the shower head you have to buy the connection hose and that whole package for another 40.00. then you have to buy the filters for another 40.00 dollar. That's 120.00 dollars that I could not afford. At which time I did put in my credit card number but I never followed thru with the purchase. Now I have 3 shower heads coming and out 105.00 in which I don't want. Did call customer service and was told that there wasn't anything they could do to void the purchase. I live on soc5 security. 105.00 dollars that you charged me was part of my rent. I only get 950.00 a month. So you can see I am in a serious situation here because of this. I really would have liked to try your product but it was just too expensive and the billing set up was very confusing. U hit one button and a sales tactics comes up. If you hit no thank you another sales tactics comes up so you can see were it gets confusing. How do I get my money back? Please email back or give me a call. 401 556 9426

I didn’t think something this small would make a difference but my showers feel calmer now. Hard to explain but the water just feels nicer.

I have a well in coastal SW Florida
I have a well in coastal SW Florida. Something in the water caused me and allergic reaction and gave me terrible case of dermatitis! Thanks to Drivse shower head, I got completely cured. Thank You Drivse for saving my hair and my scalp from whatever mineral or chemical is in my well water!! And my skin all over is much softer after a shower now!!!

The showerhead used way less water…
The showerhead used way less water pressure to get a good and powerful supply of shower water. Me and my friend were impressed. Easy to install too.

Love the product but why 1 filter at a time?
Love the product, especially feeling clean and soft after my shower. Product removed any and all build-up and my hair soft.
Only question I have is since I purchased a year supply of new filters; why are they delivered 1 at a time for each month?

Iondrops Shower Head is a Great Product

Julius went above and beyond my expectations.
I just made an order for 1 IonDrop shower head. Afterwards, I saw that there was a recurring order for filters every month that I didn't need. I contacted Customer Support and Julius was a star in getting that recurring charge off my bill. I didn't need that recurring charge for filters as my WIfe has one in her Bathroom. Julius is the Star in todays Purchase..!!!

Water pressure is great
Water pressure is great. When filter plugs up you loose the pressure. I dropped the filter and the presurre was back/

I received my order a little late. I just got them last week. So far so good. The water does feel different and great pressure. My family likes them.
