TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

To tell you what you need to know: under NO CIRCUMSTANCES book a taxi with YDriv. They seem to have a very casual relationship, at best, with their subcontractors. I booked one to take me from Canonbury to Kings Cross very early on Wednesday morning: one minute before arrival, I received a text to the effect that the driver ‘had not responded’ to the booking, and I had to ‘power walk’ all the way from Balls Pond Road to the Eurostar terminal. How’s about that for a great start to the day? This company will let you down, they can’t be trusted.

Excellent service

Enjoyed this service very much. The driver was very professional, early, and pleasant. The booking process was a breeze to take care off. I've recommended this service to others and have continued to use it for work and personal trips.
