If i could give this place anymore…
If i could give this place anymore stars i would!! My whole family have such a sweet tooth so we have traveled far and wide to try different places! Then drizzle opens litterally 5 mins from were i grew up and i would not go anywhere eles! Everything is outstanding! We have tried it all! The delivery is super fast and the delivery driver Sammy is absolutely adorable such a lovely man!!! Keep doing what ur doing guys!!!!

The order arrived in record time!
The order arrived in record time!! The unit did not work when I started it for the first time Pump error. It took a day of testing and cleaning before I was able to get it going. The final product is great!!

Great product
Great product, I received fast my Merlin400 as it shows in and works great as the description, right now I am making some extractions :)
Took me a little to get used to the App online, but after trying a few times, now I can design my best recipe.
There is even an FB community to help with practical questions, as well as a YouTube channel.
So far so good. Thank you!

I had a problem with shipping
I had a problem with shipping. The team at drizzle worked with shipper to get the issue resolved quickly. Everything worked out and I got my order.

Customer service needs improvement!
Shipping to US was super fast. I still didn’t have a chance to test it because the oil glass jar came in damaged and would not seal properly. Emailed support about the issue and still didn’t receive any reply back, So it says a lot about the costumer service. Still hoping that company will respond back after me spending almost $1000 on the unit which can’t be used without a glass jar.

We are sorry to hear that you have been waiting longer than expected. We inform all customers that the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks. Your order came on Sept. 23rd, shipped from us on Oct. 11th, and was delivered to you on Oct 20th.
While this is within the 4-week delivery time, and the shipment was in UPS´s hands for more than a week, we strive to make delivery faster.
We hope you are satisfied with the Merlin400 you received the day after you wrote this review.
