Great toothpaste

Great toothpaste, both the tumeric and charcoal toothpaste work well and leave you with no bitter aftertaste unlike most toothpaste. Guests of mine who used these ended up liking it so much i gave them my new tube from the cabinet. Great product and service!

The company really selects high quality…

The company really selects high quality supplements. I was very pleased with my recent order of immune support products, which helped me avoid the respiratory virus that was traveling in the Texas Hill Country at the same time the cedar pollen was exploding. Dawn Kyle

I was looking for Turmeric toothpaste…

UPDATE 07/01/24: Ken Gould from Dr Jones Naturals & Infowars called me back and left a voicemail. I did not know this was the guy that screamed at me the first time around so I called the number. Once I realized it was the screaming guy I said I don't want to talk to you. He said he was processing my refund since the Turmeric toothpaste contains sorbitol which they listed as one of the 4 dangerous toothpaste ingredients on their site. I told him I appreciate the refund be he was an awful rep for the company! He started screaming at me again! It's the most rude experience I've ever had with a company. THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL HERE IS KEN GOULD (OR A TECH PERSON OR WHOEVER) REMOVED "SORBITOL" FROM "THE 4 MOST DANGEROUS INGREDIENTS" LIST ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOW IT SHOWS "THE 3 MOST DANGEROUS INGREDIENTS TO AVOID IN YOUR TOOTHPASTE" - What's more heinous? That they removed the 4th most dangerous ingredient warning from the website to show "3 DANGEROUS TOOTHPASTE INGREDIENTS YOU SHOULD AVOID" or that they knowingly removed Sorbitol from the list and now consumers won't be informed they are purchasing a toothpaste with a dangerous ingredient? I wish Trustpilot allowed images to be attached because I have a screenshot of the webpage before they changed it.

This is extremely unethical.

**Submitted on 06/24/24 - I was looking for Turmeric toothpaste and found some on the Dr Jones Naturals website. My daughter and I used it and got sick about a month in (intestinal distress, sorry, just being truthful). I was going crazy trying to figure out what was causing it because I had not changed anything that we normally eat. As I was brushing my teeth one night - I thought, wait, this is the only new thing I've added. I read the ingredients and shocked to find sorbitol listed as the 3rd ingredient when The Dr Jones' site specifically states "Warning: 4 Dangerous ingredients that should never be in your toothpaste: Fluoride, SORBITOL, Detergents, Titanium Dioxide" - so I assumed sorbitol wasn't an ingredient! I looked up Sorbitol and all the info definitely said it's not good and can cause major intestinal issues. I called Dr Jones Naturals today and the guy that answered sounded high and I'm not kidding. I was trying to tell him how the info on the site is misleading and contradicting and sorbitol is the 3rd ingredient in the toothpaste when their site says it's dangerous. I had to guide him around the site, tell him to scroll down, read the WARNING paragraph, etc. He then started yelling at me and asked why are yelling at me?! I'm a customer and he said, "so what, we have millions of customers" and I said, I'm trying to tell you that you have what you call a dangerous ingredient as the 3rd ingredient in your toothpaste and it caused us to get very sick! He screamed at me "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO FU**ING DO - GET RID OF THOUSANDS OF TUBES OF TOOTHPASTE!" and then he hung up on me. I was seriously shocked. I was trying to get refund for the other 5 tubes I have. I called back and it goes to a voicemail. What can I do at this point? There is no viable # to get a hold of anyone (not even on the Infowars site). I will not let this person treat me this way. I'm leaving this review and then going the BBB site and contacting AG Paxton if I have to regarding a business misleading the customer.

Scam website with fake products

Dr Jones Naturals, a fake pop-up dropshipping company, has ties with Justfashionn and Flushlove - two sites that were also associated with spamming people's email and using illicit methods to bypass Google's ability to block their accounts.

The website offers a slew of fake products which aren't tested or endorsed by the FDA or any other recognised medical board. Do not buy anything from their website.

The content on their website is absolutely awful, and could waste your money at the least, or cause grave bodily harm at the worst. I can't stress enough how much you should not buy their products.

Please do not use their platform, and for any future investigators who are looking into this company after it defrauds thousands and kills others, I post this review for you so that you can more easily identify the ties in their company and shut them down and bring them to justice.
