Poor customer service

My husband ordered 2 pairs of boots, one for me and one for him but unfortunately they were both too small. As we couldn’t do an exchange we ordered them in a bigger size and then sent the others back. We received a delivery but not boots, there was a back pack and key ring holder, we have contacted customer service but are very slow in replying and after sending all the information we still have not received our goods. They mess up and we have to pay the price. Poor customer service, would not recommend due to this issue.

Poor Customer service

Can't believe you cannot get a customer service number to speak to someone. They make you fill in a form and still no contact two days later. Bought £200 boots for wife for Christmas only for one of the boots to be defective. I want to speak with some e to arrange a replacement but you can't get hold of anyone. Very poor customer service. No wonder trust pilot is just above 1. Piss poor

Poor quality and customer service.

Poor quality and customer service.
Safety shoes sole becoming detached after 2 months use.
Shoes provided by previous employer who is now in receivership. Therefore there is no receipt of purchase.
Clearly stated this receipt at the beginning of correspondence with customer services. They strung me along requesting photo evidence. This was provided. After 3 correspondence stating receipt unavailable they stated due to the lack of proof of purchase they could not assist.
1, Docs were famous for their longevity and not falling apart after 2 months. Docs quality clearly not a patch on what it was.
2, Customer services very poor. Why string me along when the I clearly explained the receipt situation.

Very poor Customer Service. Ordered shoes on 17thes on November 17th 225 euro…

Ordered shoes on November 17th 225 euro no sign . When I contact the company standard email telling its a 5-7 day delivery and then blaming delivery company for misinformation. No tracking number No contact number No customer service should have read reviews before ordering. For such an established company Very Very poor customer service have had my money since 17th Nov and No product AVOID

Buy at your own risk

I ordered shoes for £129 for my daughter. They never arrived. Their customer service person told me he could see I put in the right address and postcode. Another customer service person said postcodes self populate and they went to the wrong address. This is obviously a good excuse for the shambles of systems where staff don’t know what they are doing. It took multiple calls and many emails for them to say the shoes are not coming.
I can’t believe the service is so bad. I have never known any other company behave so badly.

Did an order on November 26th.
Since December 9th I've been contacting with no reply.

The absence of reply had been followed by our report to:

- Trustpilot;
- Scamadvisor;
- FaceBook Business Care;
- Signal Arnaques > Scam Database;
- Federal Trade Commission > Consumer Report;
- Supplier Blacklist > international supplier of bad suppliers.

And for European Consumer law enforcement > europol.europa.eu

In order to not get an continuous extensive harm to your business, once the order was not delivered, you should refund the value of 89,03 € (euros) payed in the order #44B638-4285 no later than January 5th 2022.

Great service and boots!

Bought some Dr Martin pink boots for my young daughter. I couldn’t go into the shop to get my daughters feet measured due to the pandemic so ordered what size she is everywhere else. The shoes arrived quickly but were unfortunately too big so I had to send them back for a refund (they don’t do exchanges). Sending the shoes back was easy enough though and the refund arrived back in my account quickly so I ordered another pair but sized down this time. I also was able to get 20% off as I am an emergency service worker, which saved me quite a lot on the shoes. The next pair of shoes again arrived really quickly and this time they fitted perfectly. My daughter said that the shoes are really comfy and she wears them all the time and they still look like brand new even with her running around at nursery every day. Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Dr Martins and will be purchasing myself some from them next.

Terrible

Terrible service. Bought a pair of cherry red docs 3 weeks ago and the color has peeled off already. Shocking from a company charging the prices they do. Bought them at the store in Leeds and the manager there refused to refund or even admit there was a problem with the product. Total lack of taking any responsiblity. The manager at the king edward street store referred us to the customer service number who said the store managers have complete discretion and they couldn't do anything. Essentially meaning the store manager was wasting our time on top of failing to even acknowledge the fault.

New boots are flimsy and don't last

I have a pair of Dr Martens 1460s that have lasted for years. Last Christmas I bought a pair of the more modern boots that were my weekend casual wear last spring and this autumn/winter - so not a lot of heavy wear, certainly not in comparison to any other pair of shoes that I have owned. Last month I was going to put them on and noticed that there was a large split where the leather creases across the toe - over 1cm across. This is not an acceptable lifespan for any shoe - let alone a Dr Martens!

I have tried contacting customer services but have heard nothing after 9 days.

From what I can see the durability of the new pair falls far short of any shoe that I have owned in years - this is really disappointing, as otherwise, these were my favourite boots - nice and comfortable

Ordered a pair of boots online for my wife.
Boots were packed, despatched and delivered to our house within 18hrs.
Superb service!
Boots are the usual excellent DM quality.

perfect online experience

Having recently discovered that Dr Martens go up to a ladies size 9, I bought a pair of Joylyn boots online.
They fit wonderfully, they were well packaged and they arrived promptly.

Would definately buy again, please keep stocking size 9s!

Great Service.

Dr Martins web site, a great site and great service. Some of the items are so extrovert and fantastic. Fast post and free return. Better still if you wait for the sales they have. All round good eggs!
