I have visited Dr MediSpa twice now and chose them because, having done some research, it was clear that they are leaders in the clinical aesthetics space and have a very good reputation. Both Dr Somji and Dr Soloman emphasised their 'less is more' approach and preference for cutting edge non-invasive rejuvenation techniques rather than anything invasive, and steered me away from more expensive treatments that they didn't feel were right for me. I am very happy with the results of my recent visit with Dr Somji at the Chiltern Street clinic, which took less than an hour and involved no down time. Dr Somji is friendly, straight talking and informative and I would highly recommend him and his team.

I’ve been visiting the Loughton clinic since April/May, having now had a few chemical peels with Kat and currently using the products recommended by her and my skin honestly feels amazing. I am so happy with the results and will continue to use the products religiously and go back for my facials regularly.

It was an excellent and professional, yet warm and friendly, experience! Elli is informative and conducts herself so well. She is an asset to Dr MediSpa and a credit to herself.
On arrival, the receptionist, Lara, was also a warm, friendly and well-mannered lady, who made people feel at ease.

I wish I had discovered DrMediSpa before, the treatments, service, and the after care has been nothing short of exceptional. I have recommended this clinic to all my family, and friends, this clinic is what you call world class.

I had Dermaplanning and a rose petal jelly mask with Grace and I am thrilled with the results! My skin feels and looks so much smoother, I would highly recommend this treatment, especially if you wear make up, it has allowed my make up to go on flawlessly! Can't thank Grace enough she is so lovely and patient.

Bunch of clowns are running this clinic. I have had a horrible experience at this clinic. Avoid it any cost!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Even though my treatment is painful, my therapist Kat is so kind and patient and nothing is to much trouble. All the staff are so genuinely lovely here and the treatments are the best

Had a very upsetting experience at DrMediSpa today. I had an appointment at their West London clinic today for a specific treatment. A deposit was taken from me at the time of booking and was specifically told the cost of single treatment but that the doctor might recommend a course of treatment and that the treatment I wanted is only available with the doctor in Chiltern Street clinic.
When I arrived at the clinic, I was received by a therapist who was clearly unaware of my appointment details and started asking about my areas of concern so that she could recommend a treatment.
I told her what treatment I had booked. She went off to talk to the clinic manager. Then manager came and informed me that I couldn’t have the treatment because I needed consultation with the doctor. I told her that my appointment was with the doctor and also explained that the details of the treatment were discussed at the time of booking. The manager told me that the doctor was fully booked for the day but she’ll see what can do to fit me in. She returned after a few minutes and told me that the doctor couldn’t see me and anyway the treatment I had booked ( after discussion at the time of booking) wouldn’t be effective and I might want to consider an alternative treatment for which I would have to book another appointment. I told her that I normally go to the Loughton clinic and the only reason I had traveled into London was because I was told that the treatment I was booking was only available in Chiltern Street and it would be given by the doctor.
I was told again that this treatment doesn’t normally work and I should consider an alternative.
At that point I was very annoyed as not only I had taken a day off work but I was being treated like an idiot. In fact I was being told over and over again that the treatment being offered on the clinic’s website which I had booked on telephone callback by the clinic ‘doesn’t work’. I did question the manager about this and was taken back at her evasive response.
I requested a refund on the deposit and told the Manager that I wasn’t happy about the situation and will be making a formal complaint. She said that complaining will come back to her anyway and thanked me for my time. I told her that she has waisted my whole day. I couldn’t believe how I was treated and felt very humiliated.

Alice has been doing a hydrafacial treatment on me for about 10 months now - she’s fantastic. She explains what she is doing and makes me feel really relaxed with my sensitive skin.

I’ve been visiting Dr Medi Spa and seeing Alice for just under a year now and what can I say my skin looks and feels amazing. Alice is so knowledgable and really takes the time to help you understand your skin. I always feel so comfortable around her and know whatever she recommends will genuinely help me. I couldn’t recommend her or Dr Medi Spa enough. Thank you guys

Have been coming to see Alice for just under a year now. Coming to Dr MediSpa was something I thought about for a long time, and I finally decided too after having no luck with over the counter treatments or medicines prescribed by my GP. My confidence was at an all time low, and I’d never want to leave my house without make up on. After meeting with Alice for a skin consultation she straight away understood my concerns and made me feel at ease about my skin. Alice alters my treatments to what my skin needs on the day and always gives the best advice on what products to use and what I should change to suit my skin. Alice is so knowledgeable and always makes you feel comfortable when you have an appointment with her... really glad I plucked up the courage to come and have met Alice as my skin has changed for the better. I can’t wait to see the end results!!

I had a lovely chemical peel with Alice and my skin feels amazing. Alice is very helpful with giving me advice on which products to use and I have seen great results over the 3 years I’ve been seeing her.

Excellent service received by Dr Somji and team. Pre- and post-op care has been excellent. Notably, the after care received by Jasmina has been fantastic - she makes you feel very comfortable, explains the process clearly and what to expect. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely love my results by Dr Somji. I have complete confidence in him and trust him implicitly. The Clinic is also friendly and ran very efficiently. After years of trying various aesthetic clinics I now won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
