Ordered a medium hoodie and the measurements did not match what was listed on their website so the hoodie was too small for me. Their customer support came through and accommodated for an exchange for a larger size

Bad return experience
Material quality is top notch, but the fit on some of the baggy items are way too much. For the straight wide sweatpants, you cant even walk in those since they go under your shoes and im 5'10. Selection of regular fit clothes are lacking and too many boxy and baggy fits. Returning items aren't complimentary and there is no refunds, only store credit. If there were more regular fits and better return policies I would shop here again.

We do our bests to let customer's know how items fit with size guides and try-on videos but we've found that items will fit differently per customer depending on the style, fit, and personal preference! We do have some regular fits like you mentioned but we totally hear you on improving and expanding on those items!

Ordered a sweater, was too big for me, went through the exchange policy, they were extremely helpful and pleasant the entire process. Got my new sweater in a timely manner. Quality is great, fit is great.

I am in love with the hoodies I ordered! I ordered the “Perspective” green hoodie and the dark blue bear hoodie from the new Love Collection. They are both such amazing quality, very thick and warm, and look very cozy while still fitting just right! The shipping process took about two weeks for each hoodie but the wait is well worth it! Definitely plan on ordering again!!

I have ordered from three separate drops and was pleased with the product and shipping time. I've noticed they changed the size/fit of each sweater even though I've ordered the same size L "boxy" hoody each time- they are all different which is annoying for an e-commerce only store. A little more consistency with the sizing of products would be nice but I do appreciate the improvement on quality of fabric for each collection drop.
A little alarming they never respond to the any reviews on here that aren't 5 star, and just copy and paste the same comment on positive reviews. It's giving not the best customer service.

We do adjust fit depending on the item we are dropping, but if you ordered the exact same item and it was far off in size each time, we'd love to take a second look at this to make sure this is not a defect! The best brand I have ever ordered from. They make you feel like you’re a part of the family. From their directive, intentions and perspective. It means the world to have found a brand that is likeminded and kind hearted. I believe i have 3 t-shirts, 2 hoodies, 2 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of joggers…ALL FANTASTIC QUALITY and made with love 🫶🏽 I wanted to make it out to their pop up in toronto as soon as i heard about it. Instantly became a goal, but I work today🙄 Can’t miss out on this $350, and i likely would have spent more than that had i decided it was right for me to go😂
