He also scammed me. I ordered from the online shop and wasn't delivered. It looks like their modus operandi. They operate different websites. BEWARE, and use your lawyers. The worst thing is I work at Fawn Rescue as a volunteer and we have no money and getting scammed by such a company is beyond. Since May I have tried to recover some money.

Bought drone, never delivered. Impossible to contact these frauds. Contact form is also a scam, no reply whatsoever.

Drohnenspital and Keller Engineering confirmed receipt of my payment for a gimballed camera and accessories ordered on 20-01-2024. Subsequently there have been no replies from either named company in spite of phone calls, emails and written letters. They appear to be totally unresponsive and must be assumed to be scammers, or merely totally disreputable.

SCAM! I placed an order and paid - nothing ever came, no communication, no response, nothing. It's a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.

Do not buy anything from them!!!
My money is long gone, the item never delivered and nobody answers my inquiries.

If I could give no stars for this review I would.

It's been 8 weeks since I ordered a set of DJI Goggles that were in stock and supposedly would be delivered within a week... I haven't received anything, my order still says "in process" and despite many attempts via the ticketing system to get update and a refund (as I ended up having to buy them somewhere else) I haven't heard anything back from this company.

I will be filing a Police report and urge everyone to do the same.

The worst company in the world. I ordered towards the end of 2022, all items at the time said they were in stock and would be delivered in one week..... 2 weeks go by, no delivery. I write to them, and they finally respond 'sorry there will be a 1-2 month delay'. After this period, I again write them. No response.

I then wrote direct to 'andreas. koller @ koller.engineering' threatening action with the police, and within one day, some of my order had been shipped to me. There is still a few items which have not been delivered, and this is almost 10 months after my initial order.

I will be going to the police, as this is clearly fraud and this man needs to be stopped. Unfortunately I paid with twint, rather than by credit card, so I could not receive my money back.

I have to say, I sent my drone off and THEN read the reviews here. Safe to say I was pretty worried and anxious.

So imagine my surprise when within 3 weeks I have had my drone returned to me, perfectly repaired and working so far.

I can only guess that the covid shipping crisis hit a business like this hard in regards to getting replacement parts shipped from China.

Customer support communicated clearly to me the process and the result says the rest. I recommend this repair centre - the repair was much cheaper than I had anticipated too!

Same as below, order my DJI controller for 1 month, first reply saying they are late and then nothing, anymore, they are not so far form where I live, maybe I should visit them face to face.

Ordered a Dji remote controller 2 Herr because they had the best price. It’s 2 months passed the estimated delivery date. I’ve asked for a refund several times and I haven’t received a reply. I wish I would have looked them up before here. As everyone else has said “avoid drohnenspital”!!!! After reading comments I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my money back.

Edit: I will update my review if it is ever resolved. If not updated that means I still haven't received the controller or a refund.

I regret having anything in common with droneshostpital.com. The purchased goods have not been delivered after 24 days despite declaration of delivery time 3-5 days. The company does not respond to emails - every attempt of contact results in creating a formal and trackable "ticket" in the system, but then nothing more happens and the "tickets" are not accessible for me.

No goods arrived. No answers on email.

Order did not arrive now after 5 months. Customer Support stopped replying to my emails for several weeks after first claiming delays. Not answering my refund requests.

I got scammed.

I placed the order on their webshop on March 22 and still nothing. After several emails and claims for reimbursement have ceased to arise. This company and website are fraudsters. They are cheaters and thieves. The company owner is Andreas Koller. I will report them to the police.

Placed a order at the begining of January, never recived it. Tried to open several tickets with their support, they all got closed without any answer. This is a scam.

I've got a debt collection claim in huge amount months later because Gmail identified all emails from their address as spam and I've never received them. For some reason they have never tried to send bill or remainders by regular post and just submitted the claim.
Be careful.

Been 5 weeks. No response, no items, no rely to emails. Absolutely the worst! NEVER BUY from here. You are throwing money in the garbage.

I don't write reviews, and usually not negative ones. But I was really disappointed with the cheap quality and broken mavicpro 2 zoom gimble I got. A waste of 400USD.
