We bought a Pola bunk bed from Drømmerom that initially looked very nice, but the product was not set up as on the pictures and description. The guardrails were placed at different heights giving it an uneven look, and the roof section on top is not secured creating a safety risk if a child holds onto it. I submitted a complaint with pictures and the customer service promised to follow up. It took a very long time for them to follow up but finally managed to find a common ground. Some improvement needed but the product still looks nice and is of good quality.

We bought an bunk bed a few years ago and we move twice during the last 2 years.
During the moving we lost some screw.
So we called the costume service and they were super kind to helped us to find the parts we missed and semt to us within 1 week. Tip costume service!

ordered something In November 2024 and we are in Feb. 2025 and we have not received our item yet!!they don't answer the phone.Nothing.just ignore these firms which they don't feel any responsibility.!!

Bought a princess bed from them with pink color, they sold it to another, then I got the bed without door, theytold me that they will order and ship to me.after 3month, still nothing happen, called them again, they told me that they will order and ship to me, after again 4 month, nothing happen, I tried to call them, only busy line, but from other phone number, their phone is reachable😡, I AM BLOCKED BY THEM, WHAT A CRAP!

Perfect! Bedroom furniture and service

I am super happy with the purchasing and communication experience with Drommerom. First, we made a mistake not to order the bed together with the mattress. Then I called and the two items were put together and will be sent at the same time so that I don't have to pay again. I am impressed by how fast the problem was solved, just a simple call, and usually you would have to wait for the communication between the shop and large. And today the goods will be delivered and we got phone call from the shop about the time directly so we could have the time to go home, instead just 10minutes before the delivery only. So, very happy with the service and will update with the goods condition.
