The website is easy to navigate, the phone conversations were pleasant and informative, the prices are unbeatable for what you get. Overall very thrilled with this purchase. The DJI Mavic Air is a small compact drone that is great for traveling and takes really nice video and photography. Easy to fly and awesome to pack on trips!

Hello Joana. We are sorry that we were unable to get you your Osmo in time. DJI has had these on backorder which is why we have only an estimated lead time listed on the product page. The good news is that DJI should be shipping them to us at the end of this week. We will be prioritizing those customers with pre-orders first, like you.
