Having flown my DJI Mini 3 drone into a chimney during a roof inspection, I found Drone Doctor online and liked what I saw. From there it's been a smooth ride with perfect communications and updates all the way. Their final check procedure appears as thorough as a full-fledged aircraft repair, and although I can't compare their prices with anyone else, I thought the cost perfectly reasonable for what they did. I'm confident my drone is as good as new and they guarantee parts and repair for a year.

At Bristol Drones we have nothing but praise for the Drone Doctor team. Excellent service, quick turn around times and they keep you updated all the way through the process. The have become our go to for many years for all our drone repairs/maintenance. They really care and do an amazing job. Keep up the great work guys/girls!

Fantastic service . I honestly don't think you will find better .... Speedy repair and return on my Mini 3 Pro on which the camera gimbal video data cable had failed
and front right axis is causing excessive play in its arm. Must , in future, avoid flying in low light around trees ! Altogether well pleased and would certainly use again !

Excellent service! My Mavic 2 Pro had a nasty fall, chassis cracked, rear left art wrenched out of its socket. Drone Doctor promptly assessed the damage and produced a reasonably priced quote; once I approved it - the work took a mere couple of days. Excellent communication throughout, both in person and via their clever online system. Brilliant experience overall, highly recommended!

Superb service.
I live in the North of Scotland but the combination of Drone Doctor quality service and Royal Mail speedy delivery meant despatch to return home was only 5 days.
Saturday : Air 2S had unfortunate encounter with tree - broken arm
Sunday : booked a repair slot
Monday : Posted injured Air 2S
Tuesday : Arrived at DD, repair assessed (replacement arms and bearings) and approved
Wednesday : all quiet
Thursday : repair carried out , tested and paid for
Friday : Air 2S arrived back home, ready for action

Service is exceptional, pretty well 3 days door to door, fantastic comms and sensible pricing. I was going to attempt a repair of the broken leg on my drone myself (I left a 6 year old in charge of flying…) and having seen how parts are glued and soldered I realised I was going to make it worse very quickly. The drone was repaired recalibrated and firmware updated. Fab service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Better still the drone came back very well packaged with a nice service and test checklist completed. Lovely stuff

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Communication was excellent throughout and the repair was carried out quickly and returned to me within the timescale. Every time I sent a question I had a reply within a very short space of time, even at the weekend. If only more companies invested in their customer service as much as Drone Doctor.

Amazing service, very impressed, good communication and cheaper than I thought.
I had a mini 2 and I'm not sure what went wrong on it (it was explained to me!) but Drone Doctor talked to DJI about it and DJI replaced it with a brand new one!
Can't fault the service, would highly recommend Drone Doctor.

This is an extremely professional company. The quality of repair, level of communication, and facilities for clients to review status, communicate back and see the progress is top notch.
Any queries were answered promptly, and you really felt in safe hands.

So many companies these days seem designed to lose you in telephone options, fake chat bots, and disinterested support. Drone Doctor is the complete opposite: proactive, always there to listen, and ultimately get you flying again.

Unfortunately for me I had to use their services again, but as always an excellent prompt and professional service, thank you docs.

So, I crashed my drone. I needed it fixed. I found the website helpful and clear... and remarkably friendly. They made the process of sending the drone in as easy as possible with prepaid postage labels.

They started work on the drone within hours. Their initial inspection report showed the same damage that I had notice. They repaired it - so far, so good. During testing, they found damage that neither of us had noticed and phoned me to apologise and to ask for permission to fix it and bill me - the cost was reasonable and they were very professional. It was wholly reasonable that neither of us spotted the damage and I have no concerns that they were scamming me.

All in all, the interaction was good. I am sure that I will use them again when I inevitably crash my drone again.

What a positive experience, from start to finish. Fast and efficient and the communication process was excellent. Very affordable and professional. I will not be taking any drone work to anyone else.

Absolutely impeccable service from Paul and the team at Drone Doctor. Quick and concise communication to solve all of my problems. They even bought me a new UV filter to replace one that was lost in transit.

So easy and stress-free. Just felt that these guys really knew what they were doing. I felt that the fee charged was appropriate for the intricate and detailed work done. The drone was returned safely within the time scale stated at the beginning of the process. The quote was the final bill - no hidden extras! Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely use again although hope to avoid crashing in future!

What can I say apart from: price for repair 5 star, repair time 5 star, quality of repair 5 star, communications 5 star.
These guys repaired my P4P + obsidian controller came back looking like new in perfect condition cant fault them and thanks for the sweets lol cant recommend these guys highly enough thanks.
